Randy Swann was the technician who arrived at our home Sunday evening. He did an assessment and was quickly able to determine the cause of our problem. He explained what needed to be done, clearly outlined the cost and the time it would take to fix. He was spot in. He was pleasant, personable and professional. He did not leave our home until the garage door was working flawlessly, and it was approaching 10pm on a Sunday night! I highly recommend Randy and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

They charge way too much. my work was done on 6/28/2019. Even after the so called discounts they give, I feel I was overcharged at least 200 dollars per garage door. first door was 750 and second door for 600. They changed the spring and rollers and wires. On line, I was told this could be done in less than 500 per door. I was in bind and needed the work done quickly so did not do my research well. my mistake. Please shop around and get multiple quotes. Do not be pressured to go with this company. I spoke to the manager and he refused to reduce the price after the fact as I had already agreed to the price I paid. he also justified it by saying they give a lifetime warranty.

Several different parts of my garage door were broke, or very old and worn out. I decided to get a lifetime warranty on all the parts that needed replaced. I am happy with the service, and it only took the company about 50 minutes to do the work.

This company tried to sell me something I did not need for $750.They then charged me $65 for a service call. They did no actual work. I called another company and had my door repaired for half the price.
