I used their service twice and had a great experience both times.

Although the garage doors have been ordered, they have not been delivered and installed yet. If their work ethic is as excellent as the gentleman who came out to see if it needed to be repaired or replaced, I will be totally happy and recommend them to others.

Broke something in the door fixed but took hours didn't charge but I am sure the fix will not last.

THIS WAS A SALE AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW DOUBLE GARAGE DOOR! Our salesman, Michael, said there would be NO additional costs to the bid, and THERE WERE NO EXTRA COSTS! And the installer, Chuck Hummel, was just the kindest guy, so professional and friendly, even with my husband asking a thousand questions! This company is the absolute BEST!

They solved my problem with my remote & I was very satisfied with how soon they could come . Also told me about other services they offer . Explained all the work done . I will not hesitate to call this company , if I ever need any thing else done .

Next-day service from a very professional and competent technician who did a top notch job. Just be warned: what you'll pay for parts (in this case springs - one busted and of course they will only install two) will your head spin. I know this because my previous door repairman -- for the exact same service -- was half the price an the quality of work was just as competent and the spring lasted a good long time, no issues.
