Great equipment very professional

We absolutely love the driveway. On time and very polite people. They made me feel comfortable the whole way threw!

I put this in the category of you get what you pay for. The price quoted was much lower than others, but the job described seemed to be the exact same. That is why I hired them to do my driveway. But things promised during the quote were not done the way they were described. - Took up and removed old driveway. Mostly done but along the edges, there was still old asphalt on the ground. - Said he would dig out the bad spots before putting down the gravel base. Not done. - Said he would put down 3 to 4 inches of a good base. Not even close - Said he would put down 2-3 inches of base asphalt. This he did. - Said he would then put down 1-2 inches of finish asphalt. Not done. Other notes: - left a bit of a mess along the sides of the driveway that I had to clean up later. - cracked the asphalt on the road in front of the driveway and near the driveway. Not fixed. - after done, dug up a 2-foot circle of just laid asphalt near the end of the driveway (too thin/soft) and refilled it to make thicker. Now looks like I have a pothole repair on a brand new driveway. - asphalt seems to be thicker in some areas than in others. - graded ok away from the garage, but not even close to being level. Some high spots and some low spots. - Lines left from roller throughout the job. - Oh and I had asked if they would take down and dispose of an old basketball poll/hoop. Tony said sure. So the guys took it down and all day I kept reminding them to take it away. Never did. - hoping this holds up for me (the last one lasted for 25 years). I texted and called afterward and got no reply or answer. I have read the Tony blocks numbers after jobs... not sure if that's true but not good. Another note: On the day they did my driveway, the crew also did 2 or 3 others in the street (just new asphalt over old). Those seem to look OK, so maybe that type of job is a better fit than a full tear-out and new driveway from the base up. Again, after 2 months, the driveway seems serviceable. Hopefully, it lasts, but as I said above... You get what you pay for. Maybe I should have taken the higher bidder.

P&M Asphalt was the only company that called me back when i put what i wanted on Angi List, I recieved a call less than 15 minutes after i posted it, The boss came to my house 1 hour later to discuss what i wanted done, We agreed on a price, His crew showed up and went straight to work, Very Neat and through work crew, The did a fantastic Job it turned out better than i expected, and they got it done in 1 day, Hard working crew the equiptment was in great shape, the work crew was very professional, And the Boss (cant remember his name) He came just as the crew was finished and checked over the work, I was very satisfied with the job and how it turned out, I Highly reccomend this company for any asphalt work, Great Job P&M Im a very happy customer

the work that was completed was nice but since the time they received payment they do not return calls or contact at all ive only asked and actually spoke to owner TONY once since after attempting numerous calls at that time he said he would put me on the schedule to come and look at my incomplete top of driveway(its as if they ran out of asphalt ) it was left about 1foot shy of roadway i really dont like to bad talk or bad review but i was only asking to come and observe my concern and also for a copyof contract all to no avail after 6months of trying to contact so good work good workers but ownership is unreliable i hope this deters some unless they can fix my issues if that happens i will rescind my comments and recommend

A little aggressive in their customer service.

I had an Issue with this contractor where I was was unable to get ahold of him to find out when the remainder of the project would be completed. I was unaware that he had been on vacation. No one had gotten back to me so I filed a complaint with Home Advisor. Contractor got back to me upon receiving notice from Home Advisor, explained that he had been on vacation and promptly completed the project.

Wall turned out good

Our driveway and retaining wall both look beautiful. Only got one bid because we knew they would be the best for the job. If they are available. Would hire again and we definitely recommend
