Matt and his crew showed up at on time and started work. They cleaned up as they went along. Took great care to protect my home. All the work was done as we discussed and he even replaced a damage brick that was broken by a previous contractor. I HIGHLY recommend this company for all your glass block needs.

Contacted Colleen on a Saturday to schedule an estimate. Matt came out on the same day. Matt estimate was for all American made products and for mortared units. While Matt's estimate was not the lowest, I appreciated that he priced to work with American-made products. Matt fabricated the window units and brought them out on a Friday and installed all in one day. While on-site he added some additional work tuck-pointing the masonry around the window installations. It was a great installation. Thank you very much Plum Glass block.

I've used them for years. They're as consistent and as professional as you're going to find. They're neat, they sharp when they say they are going to and they do the job correctly the first time.

Matt responded right away to my initial contact, came out the next day do give estimate. Estimate was about 60% of previous two estimates. Windows were installed within 2 weeks. Job was done professionally. Matt, his wife, and co worker did a great job. Definately feel comfortable recommending them.

The entire experience was A+ in my book. From the initial phone call to the finished product, I couldn't be happier. I was quickly scheduled to receive my free estimate and they actually arrived 10 minutes early. My windows were measured and Matt and Colleen were more than happy to answer my questions and discuss in detail any concerns that I had. I received the estimate before they ever left my property. We accepted their estimate and the work was completed less than 12 working days later. Matt and Colleen arrived on time and immediately went to work. They were prepared and continually cleaned up as they went. All debris was removed from the property and my new windows look great. One thing I'd like to mention is that my windows were mortared in place. Matt states he does this on all jobs; he did not use silicone caulking like several of the other contractors I spoke with. I would definitely hire Plum Glass Block again!

John Scavo at Plum Glass Block was very good to work with. He came to look at the job within a day or two of my initial call. We had a casement window in our master bath shower which was installed in 2004. Having a window that opens to the outdoors in a shower sounds like a great idea until we figured out that, over the years, the crank mechanism was completely destroyed by rust from the moisture in the shower. John removed the old window and replaced it with a very pretty glass block window that looks better than what we had originally. He also found out that we had carpenter ants while he was tearing out the old window, so he dealt with those as best he could (and we have of course since dealt with the issue also). We thought the service was very good, the quality of the work is excellent, the final product looks great, and the price was reasonable.

He seemed thorough in evaluating the job before he did it. He did it good and the light in the garage looks good. I will use them again in the future.

They did very nice job and were reasonable in price. They did a nice job by making the windows look very nice. It's not an easy job. They were the most reasonable among all the other three quotes which we got. They were very responsible. They were a day late. He was a very nice man. I would absolutely use him in the future.

When I called Plum Glass Block, I was upset due to the attempted break in. Claudia was very understanding and immediately told John my problem. John came to my home within 2 hours after the call to look at the area and give me an estimate. Matt came early the next morning, knocked the old glass out and replaced the windows with glass block. He cleaned up the mess and was completely done in 2 hours.

They came out and did the job quickly, professionally, and the price didn't change from the estimate to the completion of the job. It was quick and easy. They cleaned up after themselves.
