From sales to install to maintenance everyone, including the office, staff excellent service

They only reached out when I left a negative review about never calling me after the initial purchase. After that they showed up, installed shower, installed to where there was a leak coming out of the shower and I had to wait 3 days before someone came to fix it. On top of that cracked a bunch of tiles on the bathroom floor that they filled with caulk and have ignored what they have done since. Tried reaching out several times and no one has gotten back to me. Basically take the money and run company.

We enjoyed having her visit to give us an estimate after discussing with her our bathtub project When the installation was done , Seth and Brian were an amazing team and they did an AMAZING job!!! John and Kenny they removed my old tub and replaced it with a beautiful walkin shower. They were friendly and made me feel comfortable. They keep me updated with what they were doing. I highly recommend PJ Fitzpatrick. My new walker in shower is gorgeous!!!!

Luke, Jason, and Brandon removed a tub and installed a shower. They did an excellent job and are extremely pleasant to have in your house. They left the bathroom as clean as they found it. They were finished in about 6 hours.

We had a stall shower installed. Brandon and Dora did an excellent job. Removed old tub. Built a wall and installed the new stall shower. Workmanship is excellent. Cleanup was excellent. I am very pleased from meeting Rosie, the sales person, customer service and getting the job done perfectly.

Worked with me on the project. Completed on time and budget.

They should find a better way to contact people about their product. They should not scam people.

I had a new roof replaced and was quoted a specific price. Once they started the project the price kept increasing with their added on claims. I have a lifetime warranty and a paper against a lemon law on the roof which is good, but their incompetent workers did damage to my ceilings inside of my home while doing the job and they are refusing to repair the damage they caused. I would not recommend PJ Fitzpatrick to anyone.

He ran a couple min late due to traffic but called. Was very thorough in his presentation. Answered all my questions; No pressure. He was very knowledgeable as well as personable so much so that I would request Jeff again.

Always Great product and service. Al and Bill came today and worked on my door installation and though it was raining; those guys did an awesome job in the rain and did not even mess up my home. Great Job guys I do appreciate it!!!!

Overall, this company is great but expensive. We went with them because of their commitment to doing the job right. The only ding I give is not to the company but to the project manager assigned to our project. He was not very nice and did not contact us once during the installation. Luckily for us, the site team lead was very good. Last thing, I'm still waiting for them to pick up the dumpster. Its been in our driveway for 2 days.

They brought our 27 year old roof up to code. The ridge vents lowered the attic temperature. We see a pick difference in the upstairs temperature. Not as hot sleeping at night.

I hate to give the one star, but it was the only choice. Somehow they were able to delete or bury my last review. First, our gutters were installed incorrectly, which caused roof leakage all the way into the house. It started leaking through the ceiling about a month ago. I believe this includes, but not limited to the electric outlets in the walls. They did come out and fix the gutters and the leak in the roof. I was told several times that they would take care of everything. They said to give them a chance, and we did. Finally, today they denied all responsibility. I will now get my homeowners insurance get their lawyers involved along with my lawyer. I will tell my story to every social media that I can think of. Luckily I am laid off at the moment because I am on a mission.

Matt was very professional, explained what and how he was approaching the project to be completed. He was quick, polite, explained options and completed the work in a short amount of time. If we need another project done, will definitely call Matt again.

Their associate who did the work was very polite and did a great job.

I would recommend them for any home projects in the future.
