Very satisfied, job done on repairing my roof. Roofer explained in detail everything that had to be done and proceeded to get it done. Price was right and the roofer was very professional. Would recommend this company to friends.

Great job but very expensive !

Although contractor was very professional and I have no complaints concerning the work or the scheduling, I felt that they were very pricey. I estimated the small job at not more than $500. Their estimate was $767.00. Seems like a lot of money for a job that took an 1-1/2 hrs. to complete As long as you don't mind the additional costs, would recommend this contractor for any home jobs.

I was kept well informed from the time I ordered the windows until the time they were installed. I am going to call again about other windows.

Although it was a single window replacement, it was not an easy job. I had a Bay Window that was not properly installed and it was slowly deteriorating. I have been watching the window for three or four years and last year the water damage could be seen from inside, that is when I knew it should be replaced. I had them replace the Bay Window with a very large Picture Window. I was very happy with their service from the consultation to the installation. I would use them again.

"How would you rate the value for money?" This is a hard question to answer, as well as judge as it is so subjective. What I think is good work could highly vary from my next door neighbor's. Anyway, I looked up national averages for this type of repair. PJ Fitzpatrick, Inc. is way at the top of those averages, but I have to say... What an excellent job they do and how professional they were. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, no tactics, just pure work. While on the roof the repair man adjusted and released the sewer boots/flashings free of charge. The skylight was enough to cover it I suppose! Either way, my wife called and gave KUDOS to the worker, and I would also love to convey a stellar job well done.
