I had some minor repairs done to siding and a vent on the roof as part of my FHA closing process. Because I was the buyer of the house and not yet the owner, the first agent I spoke to initially could have been a bit more helpful in offering me some alternative solutions instead of outright refusing to deal with me. The second time I called I spoke to a very friendly agent who helped me sort out how to get the job done and worked with both me and the seller in arranging the work. The contractor also did a nice job, quick and correct. I will have them back in the future to some other needed work.

overall good experience, we had a large 3 pane sliding window installed , and the installation was good, problem was they did not have the right glass in the window , was supposed to be tempered and it was not, the person that measured everything made a mistake or didn't record the distance from floor to window and it was only 14 " which requires tempered glass , they thought it was over 24 " , it took another 3 -4 weeks for them to replace it with the right panes. All the people we dealt with were very professional and pleasant and the price was not bad especially since it came with life time warranty for the product and installation. Definitely recommend them and will use again if i need more windows done

Professional, prompt, listened to our needs, somewhat pricy

Have already hired them for another project. My roof is gorgeous, all employees were professional and courteous and the roofers worked like a well oiled machine.

Very expensive door repair was completed but then it broke again and we've been going back and forth for months trying to get options and get it fixed they missed the provided window of time to do the repair twice so we're rescheduling again and hoping for the best. Update- the fix was solid. If they'd done it right the first time rating would be higher.

This company is the BEST. They come when they say they are coming. They are on time. Their products are wonderful and their people are respectful and honest. They are a little pricey but their work and products are guaranteed forever. That makes the expense worth it to me. Too many businesses leave you high and dry once they are done finished their work. This company is not like that! Trust me, I have been doing a lot of work at my house over the last several months and NO ONE was like this company!! AMAZING!

This was my first experience with PJF and I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the technician who made the repair. He took time to explain our options and the associated costs. He worked dilidgently to ensure the job was done right. I will certainly refer PFJ to friends and neighbors. Thanks again for a job well done!
