I thought that PJ Fitzpatrick, Inc. was very easy to work with and they did a solid repair job to fix a small leak over our kitchen. I had about 5-7 shingles that needed to be replaced so it wasn't a big project and Dan got the work done in about 15 minutes. I did think the price was a little high for the minimal work that needed to be done however, I like that they come ready to work which saved me from having to schedule the repair at a later date which was a much needed convenience. That being said, in comparison to other contractors, their professionalism, responsiveness, and reliability were worth the money.

Steve was very courteous and on time. I had an easy job a small part of the siding from frame of roof blew off and needed to be replaced. Steve measured, cut and replace all within 30 mins. Well done. I would use PJF again.

Joe was excellent however your group had me wait a month for the job to be completed. I kept being told it was ordered so I was not satisfied. It is a shame since it cost so much.

Kevin was very professional. He replaced the missing/broken shingles and put new gaskets on roof and removed all the debris when done. Roof looks great!

Kevin was very experieinced. We needed assistance asap with roof and siding repair. He came out to the house the same day I called within hours. He used our extra shingles and siding materials and actually pulled them down from the garage rafters for me. I left him at the house and when I came home the job was completed. Talk about asap. It could not have been completed any quicker. My husband and I are extremely satsified with this service.

The installer arrived on time, finished the repair work and also agreed to repair a damaged gutter at no extra charge. The repair work was done as expected and I was given a walkthru after. The original siding was loose and this was secured.

Erich, the technician that the company sent out, was extremely nice and professional. he did the did the job quickly and to my satisfaction in spite of it being a difficult fix, even though it wasn't big job. If you are in the Chester county area, you would do well to request him for you job.

They schedule an appointment ASAP. I called on Sunday afternoon when I discovered the problem and they were here at 9 am on Monday morning. They are always polite and know what they are doing..........When they say they are coming they show up! Not like some contractors.

The service rep arrived on time, was very professional and courteous. He evalutated the problem that I had called about ( a leak coming from the chimney) and upon inspection of the whole roof discovered a few shingles that needed to be repaired/replaced. He was extremely informative and gave me several options to complete the replacement of the piece of metal that covers the top of the chimney and a new trim ring for the flue. He also installed capping around the top of the chimney. The job was quick, efficient and looks great. Give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed!

I had two projects completed by PJ Fitzpatrick: window installation/construction and siding. Both crews were very talented and respectful. Not only did they do a great job on the home improvement, but they did a great clean up. Many thanks to Rob for keeping everything on track.

A bit pricey but they were on time, finished quickly, and the young man performing the job was personable and knowledgable. He also thoroughly explained my options before repairing a section of shingles and replacing a gasket on one of our vents.

To paraphrase Julius Cesar:" He came,he saw, he fixed it". The last storm ripped off a second shingle and within an hour of calling Home Advisor my months long worrying of trying to find someone to repair it were over. Thank you, Kurt Wahl.
