They will charge me $65 just to check my window to get fixed. They will waive the fee if I decide to get it done through them. doesnt make sense.

Cleaned all gutters. Spent more time than I felt was needed evaluating gutters and roof before beginning project. I told the tech of an issue I was having and asked that he check it. Cleaning did not correct the water running behind the gutter which I need him to return to look at.

The team showed up on time when they were scheduled to complete my roof repair. However, my roof was leaking prior to the repair and they said they would call me back to have someone tarp it until they got the permits in order with my borough and no one called back. The roof is great now that it's repaired, just a hassle to get it going.
