PITTSBURGH FLOORING

The service was okay. It wasn't great. Three workers came out. They were really bad at getting out here to do the job. They didn't show up several times whenever we had scheduled them to come to give us an estimate. They ended up sending someone to meet me at work downtown, which was incredibly inconvenient because I had to look at carpet samples downtown. Once we figured out what we were doing, we scheduled to do the installation and they didn't show up several times. They didn't even call. I had to call and keep on them. Once they did come out, the gentleman who was in charge insinuated that we weren't important because we weren't a big job, that they typically do commercial jobs and this was a small job for them. It was terrible. Once they got to our house, they piled our old carpet in our garage and just left it there. When I called to say they said it included removal, he said that just meant he removed it off the floor, not removed it from the premises. It was horrible. It was really, really bad. They also mixed up the carpets in two of the room. They put the carpet we wanted in one room in the other room and vice versa.
