Description of Work: Dean arrived on time and thoroughly examined both the furnaces in my house. He also inspected the humidifier and recommended a change to the water panel, which he did. He also corrected the humidifier to make sure the water was being circulated correctly. Overall, very impressed with the job and would recommend using them again

Description of Work: Furnace Inspection, Cleaning & 21-Point Tune-up. Found cracked heat exchanger in first 3 minutes and that was it. No tuneup performed as Wes deemed it to be unsafe to even try and re-light the pilot.

Description of Work: I CALLED PHILLIPS FOR A FURNACE CHECKUP AND THE MTCE MAN (RICH) WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND INDICATED THAT ONE FURNACE NEEDED TO BE SHUT DOWN (3 BURNERS HAD HOLES). THE FURNACES ARE 25 YEARS OLD AND I KNEW THEY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE OTHER FURNACE WAS BARELY WORKING. WE WERE LEAVING TOWN FOR CHRISTMAS - SO WE SCHEDULED NEW FCES WHEN WE WOULD RETURN. KEVIN AND BUSTER CAME ON SCHEDULED DAY AND ON TIME. THEY WERE PERSONABLE AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY RETURNED A FEW DAYS LATER TO INSTALL THE SECOND FCE. THEY ALWAYS WORE COVERED BAGS FOR THEIR SHOES WHEN THEY ENTERED MY HOUSE. WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. SO FAR, I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.
