Description of Work: Installed air conditioning on 2nd floor of an existing home and replaced compressor for existing A/C

Description of Work: Inspected and cleaned the furnace. Came back to replace some ductwork which |had cracked. I called them after being told by a rep from South Hills Electric (which I paid $59.00 for a big deal on this site)that my furnace could not operate because the heat exchanger was rusted and it was spewing way too much carbon monoxide. The man from Phillips showed me the CM gauge and it was hardly registering and he said the heat exchanger was in good condition. He vacuumed out the furnace,installed the new duct and the furnace has been working fine.

Description of Work: Phillips installed a new furnace, thermostat, and air cleaner today at our home. The two installation workers were both prompt, worked continuously until the job was done, and explained everything that they did when the job was completed. The system appears to be working just fine and hopefully will continue to do so. We have used Phillips to do our yearly AC and furnace checks for quite a few years and were always satisfied. They never prompted us to purchase a new furnace, but we knew it was time to do so for efficiency's sake and the age of our furnace.

Description of Work: They installed a new furnace and air conditioning system in my 100 year old house. They were very professional and knowledgeable - their estimate was in the mid-range of the three that I got. I was very impressed with their knowledge and willingness to answer questions. The work was performed on time and in a satisfactory manner. My only criticism would be that it took a week (from the day they came to my house) to get the estimate.

Description of Work: They replaced our furnace and another for our friend! We continue to use Phillips to maintain our furnace and air conditioning system, with routine maintenance check-ups. The technician was also most helpful in pointing out energy rebates for which we qualified that year, saving us considerable money.

Description of Work: A motor died in a furnace, someone came out same day, diagnosed the problem, got the parts, fixed it in less than 2 hours. He was very professional and I will call them again.
