PGX Heating and Cooling

My saga is a long one fraught with much pain and suffering of fancy wrapped fleet trucks refusing to perform the very services they advertise, no shows, being blown off, or just flat out being denied. About a year into my search I found Patrick and PGX. Unlike ALL the others big and small, Patrick operates his business like all business should be operated. I called, that call was answered. I requested a quote, he had an opening later in the week, and when that time came he showed up on time. A quote was provided, a date was set. That day came, Patrick and his crew were here right on time. The job was completed that day, A/C condenser was the task that no other outfit would touch. I purposely waited to ensure there were no problems. Halloween is next week, it was a hot summer. I had zero issues at all. One and done. PGX is a 5 star company. Patrick is a blessing. You can skip the shopping around on this one, Patrick is your guy.

When my furnace needed replacement, I called him on Wednesday, and to my surprise, he arrived half an hour earlier than scheduled on a snowy Friday. Our furnace stopped running on a Saturday night during a Steeler game. I never thought I would get anyone to respond. Patrick picked up and scheduled time the next day to come and take a look. I got his name from the Goodman page, which is our type of furnace hoping for someone with parts available. Pricing was fair for a weekend appointment and he was friendly. House is warm again. Thanks!
