Overall experience has been horrible. This company is only good for demolishion which I could have easily done myself. I received and initial quote of $4,500 and total cost ended up at $5,800 and was never notified of the overages as the project progressed. Quality of work is poor. If you appreciate attention to basic details, this is not a company for you. Cabinetry and electric was set first before walls were painted, so now I have paint on my cabinets and light fixtures and unpainted walls visible under my sink. Anytime spackle was used it was not sanded to be smooth before it was painted. Bathroom hardware was set with simple drywall anchors rather than framing in 2x4 behind the walls to handle the extra pulling of towels that my kids exert on the towel bar. The job was started in late May 2012 and although I have paid the majority of the bill, there still remains unfinished items and there is no sense of urgency to finish the job. At this point, I will literally have to smooth out my walls and ceiling, scrape off paint form my light fixtures and probably rebuild the areas where the fixtures are so that they are well secured. I can never recommend this company to anyone.
