This is the second time we have used Penrod Construction. The owner, Jack, was present for over 90% of the job and oversaw all aspects. They started when promised and finished very close to schedule. They were very attentive to our need to live in the house while they were working, including effectively sealing off the part of the house and minimizing the mess. The job required excavation, extensive reworking of the front of the house on the outside, as well as interior work. All was accomplished flawlessly. Jack works extremely well with both my wife and I, who require very different kinds of information. He was able to work with my wife on design, interior and exterior. When people see the outside of our home, they cannot believe that its an addition. As for the inside, the room is our favorite room in the house. The whole crew is extremely polite and considerate. They really almost become part of the family. We were very pleased with them and have them signed up for a 3rd job.
