We did not follow through with the refinancing offer they gave us. The bank did not like the house appraisal, saying that the cost for the size of the house and lot was too high. Rather than work with us, they offered us a much higher interest rate which we did not feel was fair.

If I had a question for her, she was prompt in returning my calls and emails, even replying within ten minutes to an email I sent at 11:00PM ! She helped me get what I think was a very competitive mortgage rate and I feel the closing costs were acceptable. Her experience, attention to detail and quick work helped me meet my closing date with no problem. I would not hesitate to use her or PA Preferred Mortgage in the future and I have no problem recommending them to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.
