+ -1 moreMy old computer would not start. PCO took my computer right away and told me they would find out what was wrong with it. They did not charge me up front. They called me the next day, and my computer was completely refurbished. It works much better than before. They did not only fix the problem, they upgraded the processor and memory and downloaded a new, faster browser. They downloaded my printer driver and installed Office for me. All very prompt and courteous. (They also downloaded a copy of The WORD (the Bible) onto my desktop. I didn't ask for that, but it is okay.)
