I was very pleased with their services. Since the house was unoccupied for a period of time, they winterized the home (shut off the water, drained everything, poured anti-freeze in the toilets/lines). They did a very good job.

I left a message 04/28/11 asking to get pricing and possibly schedule a dye test for a home mortgage refinance. They called me back in about two hours, which was great. I was told by my township office that I shouldn't have to pay over $100 for a dye test. When I asked what the cost would be, the guy who called me said that it would be $100, but then a gentleman in the background yelled at him and said, "$125!!!" So he corrected himself and said it would be at least $125 and they wouldn't be able to make it out until the following Thursday at the earliest. He then said maybe he could do Wednesday but he wasn't sure. I told him that I was told not to pay over $100, and he said to try some other estimates and call back if I still wanted them to come out. I did get another estimate and had someone come out the next day for $75. So I did not use Pawlak for this service.

We needed to leave before they were finished and when we returned everything was finished and cleaned up. Nothing leaks or drips or runs any more. We though the charge was very reasonable.

We contacted Pawlak and advised them that we thought there was a blockage in the drain in our back patio and with all the rain and snow, we were concerned that the water would back up into the house or cause patio to be damaged. Pawlak advised that they could send someone out early on Saturday, March 26 to evaluate the drains and the rest is described above. Very pleased overall

Initially he told me one price, it turned out to be another price. He brought out additional workers without telling me that I had to pay for. I thought it would just be one person doing the job. It was an additional cost that I did not expect. There were other additional fees I did not expect. This would have been fair if he told me the right price. The work they did is already starting to break, and no one been using my bathroom since you been in and out of the house. I was talking about the bill and he hung on me. It ended up being worse than it was before.

They worked out well. I would recommend them to others.

From the time I called them to make an appointment, which they kept promptly, to the work they did, and the professional way the plumber acted I was really impressed. I have used some BAD plumbers in the past put they are a keeper. I would DEFINATELY use them again.

Our bathtub faucet started leaking a few days before we called Pawlak Plumbing. They were very quick to respond and schedule our appointment. They were actually able to make the repair the same day that we first spoke on the phone. The job was done very well. The faucet hasn't leaked at all since then.

It went better than expected, having never using these folks before. He was here for about 2 hours and was very thorough ! He explainded everything he was going to do before actually doing the work. Then afterwards, told me what all was done. He cleaned up the area VERY thoroughly. I will ALWAYS call them in the future for any plumbing work that needs done in my home. I will also recommend to my family & friends !

This company has come out twice to my home,and once more to fix a problem that they should have fixed the first time round The people he sends out are really nice but what I did not realise was that he sends out 2 people and so charges you for that - they were in and out in 5 minutes and I got billed $95 for having 2 plumbers coming to the house. I did complain and he reduced the bill to $65. The second time they came out (again 2 people) they advised me they had shut off the pipes to the instant hot water equipment that was leaking badly under my kitchen sink. After they left, I discovered that it was still leaking very badly - I had about 1" of water. They came out (after about 3 days) and fixed the problem but he ended up charging me for the return visit to fix the problem they should have fixd the first time! i.e. he charged $95 for the visit which was fine as they were her e about an hour but then he charged me another $95 for coming out to fix the problem! I called him up and he apologized and told me to tear up the bill but it was still the inconvenience of taking the time to sort things out and he had not been told the right story by his techs.

Technician from Pawlak contacted me on the 4th and said he would arrive within the hour at 9:30 a.m. He arrived right on time and after explaining my problems to him, he replaced the flush unit in my toilet! He than approached the tub problem and explained he thought the drain unit may be to blame or the trap! After working for a whil, explained that if it was the trap that it might be quite time and money costly! Suggested we try a couple of Liquid Plumber treatments and than if that did not work, contact them again! Could have cost me much more, but tried his suggestion! Gentleman was very thorough and cleaned up after himself!

Excellent job. Prompt, professional, quality work. Was careful to clean up all the mess after he was finished. Faucet worked great. I have used this company before and have always been pleased with their professionalism, work ethic, and price. Highly recommend.

They also went above and beyond, by tightening up the laundry facilities, and repaired the bolts on a commode in the bathroom. He had 2 young men come out to work, with booties on. They showed up on time, were very professional, got the work done promptly and I was very impressed with them. They were very nice young men. The workmanship was excellent and the price was right. I am hiring them to come out and finish my son's bathroom, as I was so impressed with their work last week. After working with so many unprofessional, pricey contractors, it's so refreshing to have a great, reliable plumber in the area!

We had a clogged downspout, and a rootbound outdoor pipe that was not draining properly. We had three estimates - Pawlak was by far the most knowledgeable, and affordable. They discovered that an older outdoor drain pipe was not installed properly - they managed to clean out the downspout, and clean out and reroute the drain pipe. They were efficient and did the best possible job without having to dig up our driveway.

I was satisfied with what they did. They were on time and proffessional. I would use them again.

We got quick service and the price was competative but the 50 gallon was not available that would allegedly fit the space available, a change that we agreed to. The water heater works just fine. My objection is that the water heater is not setting straight up and the only attempt to make it straight was to stick a small piece of copper pipe under the heater which partially works but is an eyesore. I did not complain to the company but it made a lousy impression that I feel belatedly, a need to comment upon. I suggest that someone be at the site when these guys comeout and do complain if they're sloppy

Very responsive and clear with the estimate process, giving us cost for each job in a detailed manner and explaining everything. Work was great as well but there was a problem with the toilet water line where the plumber misdiagnosed the problem. They ended up coming back and fixing it without additional cost and were very apologetic. We could keep using the toilet and it wasn't a significant leak so it wasn't a big issue. Overall, they did a solid job and we'd definitely use them again if the need would arise.

They provided excellent service. They took out our water heater and put in the new one. The price was right.

They found the spot right away and were able to get it fixed in under an hour. Their prices are very reasonable. I am very pleased with the work that they have done for me. They are one of the best plumbers that I have used, in recent memory; I have been very satisfied.

They were scheduled to show up between noon and three, and they arrived at 1:30. Two men started right away and explained the problem and what they were doing to resolve the continuing problem with the bathroom sink. This was an ongoing problem with slow draining and a monthly clogged drain. They did a thorough job by running a 25 foot snake to make sure the whole pipe system related to the bathroom was clear. They were done in 30 minutes and cleaned up the area.

Excellent as always. Service was prompt, technician was courteous and efficient, and the price was in line with what I would expect. Highly recommended.

After I had them do the scheduled work, I had other problems with my kitchen sink and they looked at for me and recommended that I called the company who had a lifetime guarntee on the part. He came back when I received a replacement part and fixed it up for me. They were very clean, prompt, and I would call them again.

Words cannot express how pleased we are with this plumber. We had water entering our home and causing damage. Pawlak was able to come out within 24 hours of our call and determine the source - a disconnected lateral drain pipe for storm water. After a camera was not able to reveal the entire problem and route of the pipes, they did some minor digging, trying to avoid costly landscaping, and determined the problem. To excavate the pipe they brought in digging equipment, large enough to do the job but not so large it was causing damage to the concrete driveway, and replaced the pipe and cleaned up in less than a day. We had bids from other plumbers in excess of $5-8,000. Pawlak gave us an initial bid, but advised us that once the site was excavated the cost could change based upon what was "down there". There were some extra work but he still didn't charge us and came in on bid.

I called Pawlick Plumbing and Heating regarding my two commodes. I had trouble with one particular commode in that the water was not going down, and I thought that the inside tank mechanism needed replaced. Since a plumber was going to install new part in the basement commode, I had him put new insides into the main upstairs bathroom as well. I got an appointment scheduled only two days after I called Pawlick Plumbing and Heating. The plumber (Mark) called me 1 hr. before he came for directions and was very prompt in arriving on time. He immediately went to work and finished the job with no problems. Mark had all the parts and made sure that the area was clean when he left my home. Since I was in the market for a new Gas Water Heater, he measured and inspected the area, and told me to call the office to schedule for installation of the Water Heater. I called the office and made arrangements for the Gas Water Heater to be installed, and was given a date for the job. Justin and an assistant called me before coming and arrived on time with the Gas Water Heater. They arrived, detached the water tubs in order to remove the old heater and installed the new heater without any problems. Also, a new faucet was installed on the water tubs. Justin and his assistant made sure that they explained everything to me and left the area clean. I would call Pawlick Plumbing and Heating for any additional future plumbing issues.

Two plumbers from Pawlak (unfortunately I can't recall their names) arrived right on time. One worked on the outdoor spigot, which was leaking at the pipe (damage from freezing), and the other worked on the laundry-basin faucet. Both projects were done within an hour. On the laundry-basin faucet, the plumber suggested that he try to repair the leak before he replaced the faucent, and he succeeded. This no doubt saved me over $100. In fact, all the work cost less than I expected.I intend to use Pawlak for all my future plumbing work. They were fantastic.
