+ -1 moreThey were polite, prompt, effective and cost reasonable. I could not ask for more. I would recommend to anyone looking for help dealing with pests.
Description of Work: I contracted with Patriot to help me this past summer to deal with ants that had been getting into the house from under the deck. They quickly took care of the problem and I have not seen an ant in the house since the initial visit. I called them back because I saw rodent droppings in the corner of the basement. I called Patriot to take care of the little buggers :)

+ -1 moreVery well considering the horrific situation my neighbor had put us all in. I live in & own several rental properties all in one block. A neighbor had hoarded animals, w/an enormous amount of feces all thru her home, w/accompanying roaches, rats & fleas in her house when it was raided by Animal Control. The house was immediately condemned & scheduled to be razed. As none of my properties had any pest problems before this situation, I very much wanted to keep it that way. I called Chuck at Patriot Pest Control, he came right out & inspected each of my properties, suggesting options to keep out the rodents & insects when the house was demolished, as well as preventative monthly exterior treatments. Those were started in December of 2010, the house was demolished in February of 2011, and as of June 2011 there were still no pests in any of my properties, so we discontinued the exterior treatments. It's October, still no problems. Thank you Patriot Pest Control! Patriot Pest Control & Chuck were very helpful and kept any of my properties from being overrun w/the vermin in the condemned house.
Description of Work: Chuck came out & inspected all my properties for possible avenues of rat or roach entry, and performed monthly exterior treatments to keep roaches & rats out of all my properties. See below for the details of the situation requiring this service. Patriot was here monthly from Dec 2010 thru June 2011, the $160.00 was for all 4 properties each month.

+ -1 moreMY EXPERIENCE WITH PATRIT PEST CONTROL WAS EXCELLENT. I HAD ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE COMPLAINT.
Description of Work: I HAD A TERRIBLE TERMITE INFESTATION AND TO MAKE IT MORE DIFFICULT TO RESOLVE WAS THE FACT WE HAD AN ADDITION TO OUR HOME SURROUNDED BY CONCRETE. PATRIOT PEST WORKED TIRELESSLY BORING HOLES IN THE CONCRETE TO SPRAY, FILLING THE HOLES; BORING HOLES INSIDE THE HOUSE FLOORING IN THE ADDITION AND FILLING THEM WITH DOWEL PINS CUT TO SIZE. THEY WORKED VERY HARD IN RIDDING THIS HOUSE OF TERMITES. A COUPLE TIMES AFTER THE INITIAL TREATMENT, THE TERMITES RETURNED AND PATRIOT HONORED MY CONTRACT AND TREATED THE AREAS AGAIN. I CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN A POLICY WITH PATRIOT PEST CONTROL AND THEY PERFORM YEARLY INSPECTIONS TO STAY ON TOP OF THE SITUATION. I HAD A BIG BRAND COMPANY SPARY MY HOME WHEN WE BOUGHT IT AND IT DID NOT REMOVE THE TERMITES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PATRIOT OVER ANY OF THE NATIONAL COMPANIES. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND THEY COME IMMEDIATELY WHEN CALLED.
