Patio Enclosures

The room overall turned out fine. We requested a three season room be built out under our current open porch. On the first install, the entire rear wall was made incorrectly. They came a second time and still had the incorrect size. This was a week apart. On the third try, they brought the wrong windows and screen door and had to return to the shop to get the correct ones. I believe the GM is Mark. When i spoke with him, he never offered any type Of apology other than to say, it happens. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They do not understand true customer service. They screwed up three times and made it seem like it did not matter. I was for ed to put a hild on the acct they were Drawing money from and when Mark called me he asked to have the hold removed but never Offered anything in return. They are bad. Of course this review will not hit their website. But I will go to other sites like Angies list and see if theyare on there.

Long wait for project start date but when they came they finished the job professionaly and quickly.

They did wonderful work and we could not be happier with the experience. Their salesman, Jim Bozzarelli, was very personable and knowledgeable. The crew worked very efficiently and was very nice. They answered all my questions well. They were able to get the job done in 3 days.

Crew from Patio Enclosures came while we were on vacation to removed old wood awning. We were aware that they were coming. Our Aunt was house sitting for us said they carefully tore down awning and removed all debris. There was some initial confusion about when the cement subcontractor was to start work. Once that was cleared up, the cement contractor removed old patio, dug and poured footer and new pad for sunroom. They did great work and cleaned up the area when completed. After cement cured, the crew from Patio Enclosures came back and installed the 4 season sunroom. They were punctual and professional and cleaned up after work was completed. We then had to contact their electrician to finish the electrical work. He completed his work in 2 days, once again in a professional manor. About 1 week after work was completed, we discovered a small water leak in the roof. We contacted Patio Enclosures and they came out the same day. Roof was resealed and we haven't had any problems since.

I have had all kinds of problems. Jason came out and did the measurements. Someone else came out after him and measured again saying the measurements were wrong. After that, they built it and it had problems and just didn't look right. My brother told them to tear it down. They tore it down and did a messy job. They had all kinds of marks on my bricks and did not come out until 3 months later to repair the damages and they came out with no notice. There are still marks on my bricks and they offered to paint over the marks. I declined as this was not an effective solution. I was left with a broken window, a damaged roof, ruined flashing, ruined a doorway, chipped stone on my chimney, and my railing was split. When I complained to them a man got vulgar with me and used the F word. He even called me crazy to add insult to injury. I want my deposit back and they will not answer my calls or refund it. I need to hire someone else to do the job who knows what they are doing and who is much more professional than this.

It was very good. They were here when they said they would be here and they took care of what they said they would take care of. I would recommend to anybody.

The serviced was very good. The workers knew their job and were dedicated employees. They have a number of employees that have been there a number of years so they really know what they are doing.

Called Patio Enclosures for initial est. Unfortunately I wasn't there for est & my husband signed contract & paid for job upfront.Est was in August gutters not replaced until November. Bill who I found out was subcontracted by Patio Enclosures either returned my numerous calls months after calling & promising to finish job to finally his number was disconnected.I also made numerous calls to Patio Enclosures which I found out they use subcontractors for all jobs & was finally told Bill quit the company months ago taking our home insurance claim check with him.Patio Enclosures were no help @ all only to say that they were still good reliable company. Filed a report to the BBB but that was all I could do. Just joined the list and wanted to let others know what a RIPOFF this company is. Also my husband learned the hard way to never pay full amt up front, get more then one est. and to let me handle the hiring of any contractors for home improvements.

The price was reasonable. The work was good. I would recommend them to others.

The guy came in and told me what I needed. He didn't ask me any questions about what I wanted. He was very business-like and short. He wasn't interested in what I wanted; he was interested in what I thought I needed. That didn't do it for me. They came right away.

Due to snow storm in February, our patio cover was damaged. Patio Enclosure was quick to respond in giving an estimate (delay was due to insurance company) but getting them to come and remove the collapsing cover took almost a month. I am now waiting for Patio Enclosure to set a date to come and do the actual replacement, probably not until June, 2010.

I thought the experience was very good. The crew was excellent, very courteous. They did the work in a timely manner. Their craftsmanship was superb. I think the cost was average.

THEY WORKED NEATLY. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY TO MY CURIOUS CHILDREN. THEY FIXED A PROBLEM AFTER THEY REALIZED IT WAS NOT CAUSED BY THEM.
