They are straight forward, and things are custom made. So, nothing is pieced together from stuff from a hardware store. The people are kind and up front and I have already recommended them to family members.

Refusal to repair ongoing problems with work done a year ago

We have done many home improvement projects but enclosing our deck and making it a sunroom was by far the best investment we have made in our home. The products were first rate and construction was done quickly and efficiently.

Gene Markle was the repair man who came to my home. He is a soft spoken man who got to work and efficiently replaced a broken glass on my sliding patio door. I was very pleased with his work. Martha St. John

The enclosure is terrific. The installers were professional, friendly and did everything they could to fill our requests. They were terrific!

I had a patio room installed and my screen door was not operating properly. the repairman Gene Markle fixed it and did a superb job. He also gave me a tip about placing a magnet on the screen door so as to not have anyone walk into it, great idea.

The carpenters were very efficient and worked quickly. The installers were timely, efficient, cleaned work area well . They were here almost the exact time everyday so no guessing when they would show. They were missing some info but got things resolved so there were no delays. Very happy with the 2 man crew we had! The only reason I gave 3.5 stars for value is that we didnà  à  à  à ¢à  à  à  à  à  à  à  à  t price shop and that is on us. But the workers were awesome! Thorough-neat-informative-and friendly

The Patio Enclosures technician, Gene, arrived on time at the home and performed a retrofit for the patio sliding door roller system. Gene performed the work with no issues and provided a quality product. I appreciated that Gene was concerned with providing the best product and not a quick service call. Kevin, in the office, ensured that every step of the service call was to my satisfaction.

Best home improvement project ever. Very professional, was kept up to date at all stages of the process. Went above and beyond to ensure we were 100% happy with the results and we were.

We are so pleased with the 3 seasons room just completed this week. From the initial consultation to the weekly updates on progress followed by the construction, we highly recommend Patio Enclosures. They are a most professional team regardless of who you talk with and the duo on site with construction has given us a beautiful addition to our home.

Everything about the project was first rate. Our install team in particular was exceptional - they were on time, professional and addressed even the smallest details that we didn't even think of. A great project from start to finish!

They exceeded my expectations. They addressed all my questions and concerns. The salesman was very informative. They arrived on time and finished with in the time frame given. I couldn't as for anything better. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel like I was in their way at all.

They were here on time and worked extremely hard, and they went well beyond what we would have expected. They always kept us informed and always followed up to make sure things were the way we expected! Fantastic job!

They did a really good job! The workers that came out were very nice and professional: any question I had, they were more than happy to answer them for me. I will be using them again for my front porch in the near future!

The room looks fantastic. We spend a lot of time in it in the summer and even spring and fall if it is warm enough. Our only disappointment is that the room is only 400 sf and though we paid extra to make it a 4 season room, even a good space heater does not keep it warm enough to use in the winter -- even if it is not frigid.

Love the deck enclosure. They were on time, clean up after they finished the job. The guys were friendly and professional and answers any questions I asked. Would highly recommend them.

THEY HAVEN'T STARTED YET. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH. SAID I WAS ON STEP 1, THEY SENT THE PLANS, I OKAYED THEM, THEN THEY SAY ONTO THE NEXT STEP. I NEVER HEAR ANYTHING
