Parkway Service Station

The service was fine. I had read good reviews about the station which is why we went there. The service did not exceed my expectations but we were also not dissatisfied. My only qualms would be that if a customer is spending over $900 on a variety of other services maybe offer brake inspections free. He said we would not need new brakes for about 7000 more miles. The other thing is that I had mentioned the heat shield on my car rattling and he said it would either be $70 to weld the heat shield back on or he could just take it off for free and that most people just had them removed if they rattled. So he said he took it off but something is still rattling... so I don't know. We would use this mechanic again, but we would also consider another mechanic if given a better review from another person we trusted.

My brakes failed and I wanted to go somewhere close to home so I looked on Angie's List and found this mechanic that I didn't know was at my local BP station. Mr. Mazzarini got back to my email quickly. He told me I could drop my car off any time because the BP was open 24 hours. I had it towed and was kept up to date by Mr. Mazzarini. I was pleased with the service. Oh yes, I also had to get a battery.

My car was making exhaust noise - I thought for sure it was muffler or something bigger than that. It turned out to be pipe between muffler & engine - Parkway service has always done a great job & they are honest. Being a female - I am at the mercy of the place fixing my car because I honestly don't know . I can always trust Parkway Service to do an honest, dependable & affordable job.

I cannot recommend Tony enough. I first encountered this shop when my car sustained some minor damage in the car wash. Tony quickly and professionally fixed my car to its original condition without any questions without costing me a dime. In this most recent visit, I needed to get my car inspected. Tony took me in with no problem in scheduling while I was travelling for work. Most of the work was completed before my flight even took off 2 hours afer I dropped it off. They quickly called me to tell me that they noticed I needed new brakes and rotors on my front tires. This is something I had to replace before on this car, previously it cost me about $500 for just the brakes and rotors. When I picked up the car, not only did they clearly do a great job on the rotors and brakes, but the car itself ran 10 times smoother. It felt like the day I bought it. Tony and his shop operate at the highest level of professionalism, especially being honest and fair in thier pricing. They fixed a lot of things including the brakes and switched up the bulbs. They were very honest and polite. Also, offer a service that will drive you home and pick you up.

They checked the brakes and charged the air conditioning. They do good work and are great. They give an honest evaluation. They will call you before doing the work with an explanation and estimation in clear terms. I would highly recommend them to others.
