PA Waterproofing

Description of Work: Jim coated our basement wall with a material to prevent seepage. He then dug a trench, added a drainage system outside that ran from both of our downspouts to around the back of the building. However, he has continued to follow up on the project since our condo association is responsible for the foundation of the building. He submitted a quote to them describing what needs to be done on the outside of the property to further alleviate our problem. He still is in contact with us advising us throughout the process. He has gone above and beyond what has been expected. It is much appreciated.

Description of Work: PA Waterproofing sealed my basement as it was leaking in several different spots. The walls were leaking and water was running into my basement which was creating a mold problem. He was able to take care of the mold as well. The work was fast but thorough and efficient . He also sealed a portion of my deck. It was cracking and stained from the weather. I am extremely happy with the work that was performed. He was knowledgeable about the product and the warranty information. He was very patient when answering my questions. I would highly recommend him to others.
