Oxi Fresh of South Pittsburgh Carpet Cleaning

Description of Work: Cleaned Living room, dining room, and stairs. They were very nice and knowledgable. They cleaned the carpets quickly and efficiently. It truly was a fast dry time. There were a few small stains that the could not get out. However, I'm not sure that a deeper clean would have even removed them. A little carelessness when moving an oven during a kitchen remodel caused a deep grease stain that I've tried and tried to get out to no avail. They were very good though, even my mother-in-law was impressed. I give them an A overall.

Description of Work: They explained the OxiFresh process and its advantages -- it's sort of a modern carpet-cleaning technique as compared to the 1960s-era steam-cleaning, which is essentially a power wash for a carpet -- and although inevitably it felt a bit like a sales pitch, I was left with the impression that the folks performing the service knew their product well and believed in it wholeheartedly. Carpet looks great and they were very friendly and professional, even wiping down the hardwood stairs on their way out!
