WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIANCE I'VE EVER HAD. Their spray service did the job, but their back office and accounting is HORRIBLE. I tried to modify my schedule, I tried to setup autopay, and eventually I tried to cancel... but all three instances had major problems AND it took close to six(6) months for them to cancel my service. I called into their local office, and their corporate office, +8 times requesting the be canceled (they do not provide an online option)... but they never would cancel and the local guy would still spray my house. They forced me to pay hundreds of extra dollars because they kept rendering service. DO NOT USE THEM FOR REOCCURING SERVICES due to a crappy website and horrible account practices.

They are here on a regular basis and I always know who is coming. They call ahead of time and they are professional. I have no bugs so the service is effective. They get in and out and I have no complaints whatsoever.
