They said they were going to call me back, and they haven't. I had to call them back. I think they are a good cleaning company. I would use them again. I have used them in the past, near past. I would use them in the future as well. I have used some other companies, and these are more reasonable price wise.

I had used this provider MANY times prior to moving out of the area in 2004. Now that I'm back, I'm so happy to see that they are still up and running, which doesn't surprise me. I was never disappointed with their service. They've cleaning my wall-to-wall, my Haitian cotton furniture AND my oriental rugs, all with professionalism and excellence! The owner and his son provided my last services, most likely in 2004 as I prepared my home for sale. I trust them 100% to do an excellent job with integrity. I recommend them highly. As far as their prices, they are definitely competitive, and the services well-worth what you pay. I plan to use them again soon and plan to also have them clean my daughter's carpeting as an anniversary gift!

The team was running a little behind schedule, which they called to inform me of with plenty of lead time. They took great care while moving our furniture and spent extra time on the stains (most of which they were able to remove). They also walked me through in great details how to handle stains in the future. I will definitely call on Northside again.

Excellent! They picked up the carpet at my home, cleaned it very well at a very reasonable price and delivered it back to me when they promised too. I was very impressed with them.

They are wonderful!

They are almost the only company that can clean oriental rugs. They pick up and deliver. Oriental rugs are made of wool and you can’t just come in with a machine and wash them; it is a different process to clean an oriental rug. I think they wash them but it’s a different technique. You have to be careful because they also have fringe. They did a good job. If someone has a wool rug, an oriental rug, that they need cleaned, these are the people to call. They have been in business for over 100 years. It’s expensive but I did give them a lot of rugs as well; the price is reasonable for what it is. They have certain days that they go to certain neighborhoods and you can just leave your rugs out on the porch for them if you are not home.

I've used Northside Carpet Cleaning for years to have my oriental and flokati rugs cleaned and mothproofed. I loved that they will come to the home for pickup and delivery as I had no way to get to them. The fellows that pick up and delivery are very nice and knowledgable. They.They are always able to get my flokati cleaned perfectly, any stains removed completely and mothproofed so well. After an elderly pet had an accident on it they were able to enzyme clean it to remove all traces of the accident. The carpet looked like new again and smelled so fresh and clean. I wouldn't use anyone but Northside!

I called the company to schedule an appointment for cleaning several carpets in my home. They were very pleasant and eager to get me scheduled right away for later in the week. They were to come within a one hour time frame on the agreed upon date of service. 15 minutes after that hour had passed and they had yet to show, we called to inquire the status. They said they were running about 2 hours behind schedule. They never bothered to call to let us know that and were not at all apologetic when we spoke. Finally, they showed up. They grumbled that we had too many stairs in the house and concluded that the amount of work they were to do that day was too much, and that they would have to come back the following day to perform the work. When I called the center to complain, they were not at all apologetic but instead were pretty aloof about the entire situation. I cancelled the order and will not use this company again after the major inconvenience.

I tried dry powder cleaner on the soot and removed some. This I drove the carpet (8' x 11') to Northside and left it for a week. I picked it up without the soot spot and the whole rug looked very bright. A faded orange spot was not removed, but then I didn't expect it would be since it was there a long time.

They did a fabulous job. They were very knowledgeable. They were pricey but very thorough. I have used them for upholstery cleaning as well.

Their service is wonderful. They can clean any size rug as long as you bring it in.
