Adam was great...very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to remove the bird and nesting debris from my vent, disinfected the vent and put covers on both of them. He told me he had to disinfect it because birds carry mites and if not cleaned out, could get into my house and furniture! He also was sure to clean up the working area. I recommend!

He came the next day to see the problem we were experiencing with a Ground hog who had taken up residence in an overhang area near our patio. That was last week. After examining the backyard area we discussed fencing the area where the ground hog had dug a hole. One week later he was here installing the fencing and sanitizing etc the area where the animal was located. Along with taking care of this issue he discovered a vented area on the back wall of the patio area where it appeared that at one time an animal had probably entered there and also took care of covering the vent to prevent another intruder from entering our home. I highly recommend Adam, he is very knowledgeable, efficient and experienced.

If you are experiencing any problems with snakes and mice, I would highly recommend Nocturnal nightmares. Adam explained everything to me that he was doing and what needed to be done. He set traps and provided bate daily for 1 week. He checked daily for animals that were trapped and removed them daily. 1 raccoon and 2 groundhogs were removed.

Was great with communicating what he would do, various methods of handling my issue, and he also helped point out some other issues I had with my roof that may have led to the critter getting in. Finished quickly and fixed some of the other issues he mentioned. Price was comparable to others and probably a little cheaper with the side work. Great attitude.
