Nick has done several jobs for me. He is an excellent carpenter but also I have had him doing ceiling patching work and installed a new entry door. In all cases he has worked very carefully and everything has been very satisfactory. He always has good suggestions of how to do a job and is very clever with his solutions. He is also very flexible and will do what most pleases his customer. His prices are very fair. I would definitely have him back and in fact already have several jobs for him in the future.

Nick's work created a stunning look for the front of our house. He understands architectural styles and pays attention to every detail. When components of our house were missing, say the design on the font of the dormer, he looked at neighbors' houses for the missing details and restored ours in stylistically consistent way. He's one of few carpenters who specializes in restoring the facade of older homes, but he can handle well many jobs beyond facades. Other highlights: - Nick is a pleasure to work and talk with. - Nick always returned our calls quickly. - He took time to explain to us what he was doing and what he planed on accomplishing for the day. He would let us know his plans for the following day, when he would arrive, and if he needed anything from us. - He's extremely honest. E.g.: when he saw that the fascia and crown were in good condition, he credited us the amount of that work in the estimate. We highly recommend Nick for any carpentry job and have hired him again to replace a door and a window and add two screen doors to our house.

Nick did a great job! He spent two days for the job which was difficult because of several unexpected conditions that required some replacement of the trim and good carpentry skills. Yet he only charged an extra $10 for materials. He was extremely meticulous in making sure everything was level and fitted properly. The time taken was worth it because the doors work perfectly. I plan to have him back to install a Pergo floor and perform several other projects. He is prompt, very reasonable and does expert work. He is also very pleasant, is very flexible and tries to please.

Nick was outstanding in all the work he did for me. The stained glass windows were carefully repaired and installed. They now work perfectly and go up and down. The window makes our house look so much better. The ceiling repair was equally outstanding and the new pieces of ceiling board he installed can barely be detected even with a close look. He is a very pleasant person and his prices are very reasonable. He obviously takes great pride in his work and seemed as excited with the results as me. He was on time and always promptly called back. I plan to have him back to do some additional cabinet work in my basement.
