Completely unprofessional. I would not recommend doing business with this individual. I contacted Neil about several relatively household repairs (repairing bifold closet doors, insulating some duct work, repairing some chipped and cracked plaster, etc). The price that he quoted seemed pretty reasonable so I scheduled him to come out to do the work. My I spoke to Neil on October 2 and the work was scheduled to take place on November 1st. I made a follow up call on October 30th to confirm that he was coming out. Neil confirmed to me on the phone that he would arrive at 9AM on November 1st, review the work that was to be done, run out to get any supplies that he needed and then get to work. Everything seemed to be in order, and then I received a text message from Neil at 7:35AM on November 1st - 90 minutes before he was scheduled to be at my house - stating "I'm sorry to say I won't be able to make it today. I do apologize for the late notice. I don't think I'm looking to reschedule either at the moment. Have a good day." I texted Neil twice and called twice in an attempt to get some further explanation as to why he would confirm the job 2 days ago and then cancel at the last minute and not reschedule, but my calls and texts were ignored. So basically I have wasted a month waiting for the work to be done when I could have contacted someone else if he had told me that he wasn't interested in the job in the first place. Again, I can't stress strongly enough that I would advise not contacting this individual for any home repair work that you may have. He is extremely unreliable and unprofessional.

Was told that he was not taking new clients, clientelle already established. Never really got to describe specific needs.

I called Neil on Monday to do some last minute odds and ends in my new home before I move in. He explained he was fairly busy but would try to at least get my priority items finished this week. It is now Thursday and not only are my priority items done to perfection, but EVERYTHING is completed. His communication and professionalism were amazing. I would and will hire him 1,000 times again!!!

Neil did an excellent job. Was professional and clean. He always kept me informed as to what was going on and went out of his way doing the job. I am so glad I found him and already recommended him to friends.

Neil was on time and very professional. He was very knowledgeable. He did the installation during business hours, working quickly and with as little noise as possible. He was able to work in the offices with no disruption to employees. He made sure everything was hung level and evenly spaced. Employees gave some input as to where to hang the pictures and he was willing to listen to the input and offered some suggestions. Everything was hung 100% satisfactorily. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a handyman in either business or residential.

It went very well. Neil was very professional and clean. He did most of the work while I was at work. When he was done he showed me how to fix the disposal my self next time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely contact him again.

Neilsen did a great job cleaning our gutters and patching some small holes in our bathroom wall. He was punctual, paid attention to detail and charged fair fees. One nice detail, he takes before and after pictures of the gutters.

Excellent! We wanted him to paint the walls the same cream color but he suggested a light gray color with a white trim. It totally modernized our space! The attic came to life and has a warm and cozy feel to it. It is our game/movie room plus a perfect guestroom. It is our family's favorite hangout room!

Neil did a fantastic job ! He is pleasant and very professional. Our sinks are working again.
