 + -1 moreWhat happened next was unbelievable. I received a very abrupt and angry call from Bruce. "I'd like to know why you didn't show up today", he asked. Stunned, I apologized for forgetting and tried to explain but was quickly interrupted and told I have been BLACK LISTED and I will not be able to call there again and he hung up. I tried calling back but I'm actually being blocked. Here's the deal: I would never return back there if he were to offer me FREE service. Being a business owner, I work non-stop to make sure my customers are treated right.....even if they are wrong. I will now recommend all of my family, friends, employees and associates to go elsewhere.
Description of Work: We have used Bruce and John many times in the past and they seemed to do what was needed at a reasonable price. Last week I scheduled an appointment for today, 6/3/14. Since my wife travels with my son in the car that needed care, I made call to Midas later that day and they got me in right away. But I forgot to call Bruce and tell him. For that, I was wrong.
