Mullen Heating and Air Conditioning

Description of Work: Fixed a light switch that stopped working and mounted a flat screen tv to the wall(brick). I scheduled about a week out with no problems then was called to say there was a scheduling conflict, but I was still able to have service the same day, just in the pm instead of a.m. On the day of the job I got a call about an hr after my appt time to say he was behind and he gave me a scheduled arrival time, which he was able to meet. He was very friendly, did a thorough job explaining what he could and could not do and suggestions for possible solutions that I could do later on. He worked efficiently and was able to complete the work in the allotted time, despite having to drill through a brick wall. Very pleased with the service and professionalism.

Description of Work: Two air conditioners were serviced and new filters were installed into two furnaces.

Description of Work: Installed 2 ceiling fans and new shower head. Everything was done well.

Description of Work: They did a check on my air conditioner. The service was excellent in all respects. Mr. Mullen even bought a three pack of filters and left all three. An excellent experience.

Description of Work: John installed a new furnace and air conditioner. He is extremely busy so the job took longer than expected. Despite that, he does good work and he is honest. Would definitely use him again for other services.

Description of Work: I think John and his (mainly his brother) did a really good job of installing carpeting on the outside deck. We had a miscommunication about the proposal but I should have called him and ask for clarification.

Description of Work: Performed several small jobs including grout repair in bathroom. Grout fell out within 8 wks. Repeated phone calls were not responded to then was told they are mainly a heating and air cond. business. I will have to hire someone else to again repair the grout. Other small jobs performed satisfactorily but went over time limit and paid extra.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for two hours of handyman service. He repaired a door that was not closing properly and also repaired the door knob. The first time he could not get the door knob to work but he returned with a new handle to resolve the issue. I was pleased with the service and especially pleased that he completed the job.

Description of Work: Toilet repair. The over-flow was not working properly. He replaced the insides of the toilet.

Description of Work: Initially contacted Mr. Mullen on 12/10/12. Called him several times in Dec.to describe the services I wanted and to set up a day, time. He was given my cell phone number to call so I would not miss his calls. Spoke with him in mid-January at which time he told me he would check his calendar and get back to me. I called several times without response, reminding him of my cell number. He sent an email on 2/19; I responded on 2/19, 2/22, and 2/26 (email as well as phone calls). I have not heard back from Mr. Mullen.
