MPK Landscaping

Description of Work: They refused to complete a number of details that were very clearly specified in contract. They wanted more money after we had agreed to a price. Frank Sanpietro was very hyper and rude. Because they refused to put weep holes at the bottom of the wall to allow water from behind the wall to escape(which was clearly stated in the contract that weep holes should be spaced every 8 ft) we had to hire another contractor. 2 of the landscape lights were broken and they said they fixed them but didn't. 2 sprinkler heads were broken and not fixed.They didn't put enough mulch behind the wall. The contract called for replacing 6 concrete steps which were part of the wall, which we later agreed not to replace, but Matt refused to give us credit for this. The contract stated that we would be given credit any of the top layer of stone (can't remember its name) that was in good shape and could be reused. MPK refused to do this. In general the wall looks decent but I'm fearful that it won't hold up to the freezing and thawing process after several winters.
