Motta Professional Cleaners

Rafa and his team are fantastic. They've come to the house multiple times and we've been happy with each visit. They started with a deep clean and have been doing regular biweekly cleanings ever since. Rafa provides reminders the night before coming and is quick to respond to text messages. His team members are friendly, including to our two pets. They work quickly and thoroughly throughout our 2 bedroom, 2 bath with finished basement house. They also use green products which was important to us because of our pets. Highly recommend.

The crew of two worked for 2.5 hrs and charged me $200, i.e. $40/hr, the most expensive service I've ever had. The were supposed to clean 3 bedrooms, but only cleaned two claiming that I did not organize the third bedroom enough for them to clean. They only said this after I asked them why one of the three bedrooms was not clean and did not offer to clean it when I said that I can organize it now. They did not touch the desk in the kitchen or any of the bookshelves. They did not vacuum clean sofas in the living room. They were very rude and defiant when I asked them to clean the areas and refused stating again that it was not organized enough for them to clean. Will never hire again.

I’m very happy with the initial cleaning by Motta’s. They were very responsive when I contacted them— the very same day! And, they came the next afternoon to do the job! The service was excellent. The two housekeepers worked efficiently and thoroughly cleaned my house. They were both friendly and professional. They called me later that afternoon to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I intend to hire them on an on going basis to clean my home!

Rafael and his team were punctual and very professional. They quickly cleaned our home and paid close attention to detail. We will use Motta Cleaners again and again.

I couldn’t be happier! I’ve gone through three different cleaning companies since we moved into our home in 2014. I honestly got to the point where I just thought maybe I was expecting too much and needed to lower my expectation of how my home was cleaned. It’s rather unfortunate that I would have to clean after the cleaning company/lady left so my husband wouldn’t complain about the money we were spending on a service that wasn’t sufficient. The last cleaning service we used re-located, and I didn’t pursue trying to find another company after the results we received. I unfortunately was in a car accident, so I have three herniated discs, which makes cleaning my home rather difficult for me- add on a toddler and three dogs and it’s a lot to keep up with but I did for six months until my back totally went out and I knew it was time to give it one more chance to find a cleaning company and that’s where I happened to see Motta Professional Cleaners ad. The one thing that really stood out to me was the fact they mentioned that they were very detailed and actually named each part of my home that would be cleaned! For once, I finally thought- someone gets it!!!! I took a chance and contacted them and they promptly responded and we set up a free estimate. I had a great feeling about the estimate because they literally talked about everything they would clean without me saying a word, which I’ve never experienced before. After the estimate, we scheduled a date. I’ve learned throughout this process to not get my hopes up and just pray for the best. Well let me tell you, they cleaned my home yesterday and I’m literally blown away. I’ve never witnessed someone love on my home like Motta did. Every baseboard was cleaned, every light fixture and chandelier was dusted. They even went the extra mile and let me know what kind of bulbs I needed in some of my chandeliers that I didn’t get the chance to get up on a ladder to see when they burned out. They are extremely thorough, detail oriented and very efficient. They work their way through your home like a fine tuned machine. I love that they work a room from the top to the bottom, so all of the dust, crumbs from the tables fall to the floor before they sweep and mop. They have a system and it works. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched cleaning companies come into my home and they just seemed lost as to where to begin. I never write reviews but I am so blessed to have found this company that it was important for me to give them the credit they DESERVE! If you are like me and are very detail oriented and notice the small details- you can’t go wrong with Motta Professional Cleaners!!! Thanks!

They came on the same day as the evaluation, and got it done in the next hour or so. My room was incredibly clean and organized, and the bathroom as clean as possible. They did what I asked of them and beyond.

I had an estimate scheduled on Thursday, 9/21/2017. Two gentleman came to our business for cleaning estimate. We agreed on the cleaning schedule and the cleaning price. They scheduled to start on Monday, 9/25/2017 at 9 am. I received an e-mail on Sunday, 9/24/2017 after 9 pm they canceling the service, due to the helpers son gets on the school bus after 8:30 am. I told them our business is closed that day so they can come any time. I got a respond the first thing in the morning he will talk with the helper and they will let me know. Well, I never heard back from them. I sent a message and told them I would be flexible on a couple evenings, early mornings or weekends or any time on Mondays. Well, I never received any response from this company. I think they made up this story and they lied about the helper being unable to do the work. I do not recommend this company. Not reliable, unprofessional, not recommend to anyone. Also giving a very short cancellation time not acceptable and they don't answer your messages. They just ignore you. If you read this message please do not hire this company. UPDATE 1-5-18 I would like to update my review: please be careful when you hire this cleaning company. As a revenge, they will put a bad review to your business page even though you have never giving them a service. They enjoy badgering and harassment.

It went very well! They got straight to cleaning as soon as they walked in and was very thorough. They really did such a great job we were shocked because we've had other companies come before and had to clean even after they came. I am very pleased and have them coming bi-weekly

It goes awesome, they show up on time. They do a great job and it's all absolutely good.

It went excellent. I had to book same day appointment. They showed up on time. Did excellent job in cleaning 3 floor house, one of which was wood floor and other two were carpets. They never said no in incorporating requests along the way that we had not earlier agreed on such as throwing our few transh bags (we were moving out, therefore had no time to take care of it ), cleaning garage. They were very friendly with smile on their faces. Strongly recommend them.

They definitely go above and beyond what I would imagine. My house always smells so good when they're done and is sparkling clean! They always work with my schedule and are very accommodating.
