Jen was excellent with helping us on selections and then measured it all out. The price was very good considering that the installers did EVERYTHING from Removal of old, installing padding, installing 2 types of carpeting and then resetting furniture-truly a Painless process. The installers Russell and his team were professional, courteous and efficient. OUTSTANDING WORK.

Molyneaux on McKnight Rd. exceeded my expectations - Harry Fasching greeted me promptly. When I explained what I was looking for, he found exactly what I wanted - and came to measure the same day. The price was very competitive with other stores but I felt the quality of carpet was much better. We scheduled the installation - Tony & Ryan arrived on time, were very professional, did an excellent job.

When moving to a new place, don't know anyone, it can be challenging to find services. I just want to give a shout out to Molyneaux. When looking for carpeting we wanted to go with a small company, but didn't feel appreciated and the salesperson was flat out rude and obstinate. Jason Nash and Tim Clark at Molyneaux were awesome. Not only did we get a MUCH better price, the service was excellent. Our installers Ryan and Tony were friendly, professional and helped us move a few more pieces of furniture out of the room. New carpeting that was installed in three rooms looks very good and complements the other rooms in the house.

Great experience. We have worked with Graydon Fisher numerous times, and he's never disappointed us. He's easy to work with, makes helpful suggestions, and is very responsive. We were replacing a wool carpet that had lasted 25 years! He helped us find a good (not wool) replacement. The crew arrived on time, worked steadily, and did a great job with installation.

I have delayed doing this for several years because I didn't want to go through the disruption of a project this large, but finally decided to go ahead. I checked out a few other suppliers before choosing Molyneaux and am very happy with the result. The sales person (Harry Fasching) was very professional and helpful throughout. On the day of installation, the four workmen arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m., surveyed the situation and got right to work. They were very careful in moving all my furniture from room to room as they proceeded with the job. They took one brief lunch break and got right back to work, finishing the complete job by about 6:30 that same day. These men were highly skilled and totally professional, and they worked extremely well together as a team. They took great care to clean up each room and carefully replace my furniture where it belonged. The floors look beautiful! I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

We chose Molyneaux based on their reputation . Harry set up an in home appointment with us and brought out carpet samples to choose from. In about three weeks the carpet was installed and the process was smooth and professionally done. We would choose Molyneaux for our next flooring project.

Doug responded quickly to my initial contact about getting new carpet put in our townhouse. He was very flexible with scheduling as we were not completely sure when we would close on the property. We visited Doug at the McKnight store to choose the specific carpet. He had just what we wanted, and we were able to choose quickly and confidently. He was also very thorough in explaining how Molyneaux was different than other flooring companies and what we could expect in terms of service, guarantees, etc. We scheduled an initial install date around mid-June, but the carpet arrived sooner and installation was completed June 9. Their timing was perfect since our painter had just finished up a week's worth of painting work in the townhouse, and the townhouse was ready for carpeting. John and his helper were at the townhouse right on time and immediately got to work. I asked John some questions about the wood flooring in the house (What kind was it? How did he recommend cleaning it?). He was very kind to answer and to give me helpful tips about what to use and what not to use. I appreciated the his advice especially since it had nothing to do with the carpeting work for which he was there. The new carpet looks great. Clean-up was well done. Both men were polite and professional. We're very pleased and would easily work with this Molyneaux store again.

Went very well from sales to installation. Installation was estimated to take 2.5 days, but they sent three crews, and finished in one day.

Originally scheduled for installation on 1/20/15, but due to a scheduling mishap services were performed on 1/21/15. Five rooms and a stairwell were carpeted in one day. Service providers were very professional and we are very satisfied with the installation. During existing carpet removal, one of the workers accidentally broke a portion of a chandelier in our hallway. However, Molyneaux was very apologetic and hastily made arrangements to replace the damaged glass plates on the chandelier. Overall, we are very happy with the pricing, services performed and the professionalism shown by Molyneaux. Would use this company again.

Stopped in showroom, met Graydon, told him what we were looking for and the color of carpeting we wanted. Picked some samples. Graydon came to our house with the samples to see the color with the furniture. He measured and gave us pricing. We picked an install date. The installers came, moved furniture, removed old carpet and padding, did a beautiful job with installing the new carpeting,cleaned up afterwards. The carpeting is wonderful, very resilient after moving furniture then vacuuming, no marks left from furniture. We would definitely use Molyneaux again and would ask for Graydon.

The salesperson Bill came to our home twice so we could see the samples in different light and was pleasant about changing my color choices. He was always available to answer questions. The installers were courteous and professional and did a beautiful job, especially with seams and thresholds. They cleaned up and replaced the furniture. The new carpet is plush and comfortable.

I was called a week ahead of my scheduled installation date and informed my carpet choice was in. Due to my schedule I couldn't push the date up much sooner. However, I was able to schedule a few days before the actual date scheduled. I already had a previous doctors appointment scheduled, and the woman calling from Molyneaux assured me she would inform the installers that the installation must be completed by 1 p.m. Not long after my call ended with her Frank, the installer called to inform me of the time frame they would arrive between 7:30 and 8 a m. He also called me forty-five minutes before their arrival to my house. Frank and the youngman with him arrived right on schedule. A few trips were made in and out to the truck, the next thing I knew they were cleaning up shavings and done. Professional, and on point. Once they were done Frank told me to have a look. I was amazed at how great a job was done, and what a difference the carpet and installation made!! I only wish I was having more capeting done. Molyneaux will be called when I am ready to have my kitchen and family rooms done in ceramic! Thanks Mark for being such a great salesperson....I have no complaints!!

Our experience was wonderful. Candace was our at-home consultant and she was great. Very informative, responsive and accommodating. She provided many options with good information about each option. She even came out a second time to review all of our choices just to ensure that we were happy with the final selection. The installation went incredibly well. They called to schedule the installation and walked us through everything we needed to do. It was great as well that the carpet came in early and they called to move up our install date if it worked for our schedule. On the day of the install, the crew called that morning to let us know exactly when they would arrive. It was a large area and we expected it to take two days, but the crew was so great they finished it all the first day. They were professional and courteous and left everything neat and ready to go when they finished. I really can't say enough about that aspect as it was incredibly smooth and the outcome was great. Beautiful carpet! Candace even called two weeks later to check in and see if everything went well and if we were happy with the final product. Great customer service. This was a great experience and I would use them again!

Jason was a wealth of information and Brian was very attentive. We are considering a major renovation project for our basement and needed much information and guidance. We were given individualized attention and many options to consider. Brian offered to come to the house for an estimate even though the project would be months away - if at all. We were pleased with how we were treated, and would hire only the Verona store for future work in our house.

I was really disappointed with the quality of the carpet. It has not held up at all. When they measured the carpet, they did not measure enough so that it was stretched too far. I have been left with carpeting that gaps and even after re-gluing, it continues to come apart at the seams.

The installer was at my home at 8:00 a.m. on time. He was not told that I would not be home until 9:30 a.m. When I arrive he had already set his tools. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He worked quietly and cleaned up as he worked. My kitchen floor is BEAUTIFUL. I love it. The installer did a fantastic job, and it did not take him all day. He even put sliders that I had bought under the stove and refrigerator. I had not plan on spending what I was charged, but my new floor is worth it

Molyneaux did a great job. Replaced carpet and took away the old carpet.

Pros: Molyneaux provided and installed high quality carpet at a price that beat the big box stores. They came to our home with samples and gave us a quote right away. We didn't have to sit through a long sales pitch like some of the other stores. The carpet was installed well. Cons: Our salesman did not write down the color of the carpet that we picked out at our home, despite the fact that we specifically asked him to when we picked it out. No one called to give us an approximate arrival time the morning of our installation-- which was especially frustrating since we were not currently living in that home. The installers broke a light fixture at the top of our stairs-- instead of telling us, they threw it into a box in the kitchen (which was open on the bottom) presenting a danger for us and our toddler son. We were happy with the overall product, but disappointed with the service side of Molyneaux.

Came on time moved all the furniture put every thing back did not leave a mess !!! I just love my new carpet could not be happier with the results ! Would recommend them to any one !!! Joyce Dawson

Both saleman and the installers did a great job. Plan to use them again soon for the areas in our home that need carpet.
