Stephanie was great at helping us pick out the best carpet for what we needed. We were able to get the install setup shortly afterwards. The installers did a great job with the install and were finished with the room in an hour. Fair price and would recommend to others, and go with them again for any additional carpet needs. Eric

We are currently waiting to begin the project but Renee and the rest of the Molyneaux Company has never let us down with the quality of products and work.

Although the mess was expected, the procedure went very well and I am beyond pleased with the result and color of the floors. The team worked quickly and efficiently and made the new hardwood floor transition painless!

We had Molyneaux replace our carpeting on the entire second floor and stairs. Mike and Steve did a very professional job on the installation and cleanup. Work was performed in a timely manner and carpet looks great.

Scheduling was done at my convenience. The installers gave ample notice before arrival and had everything needed to do a great installation. They were kind, helpful and neat workers. This was the 5th time I have used Molyneaux in the last 5 years and they have done an outstanding job on every installation, including ceramic, bamboo and carpeting. I do not hesitate in recommending them for any project.

Rob Celedonia answered the phone when I began investigating where I'd purchase a new carpet. Rob followed through immediately with a visit to my home with samples according to what I described to him. I had previously selected Molyneaux for carpeting years ago and was happy with their product. I selected a 'fog gray' carpet for my living room. All went so well, from beginning to end. From the initial appointment with Megan B. through to the installation, I witnessed a high degree of professionalism and emphasis on customer service! Megan was extremely knowledgeable on the different flooring options I was interested in as well as providing her opinion on what would look the best in my house. She also diligently followed up with me and was there for assistance if I had any questions or concerns throughout the entire process. Megan has a great eye for design! Over the two days that the carpet was installed, the two individuals who installed my carpet worked efficiently and were extremely kind and professional. Excellent experience! Renee Rozzi was amazing to work with and made things easy for us. She is reliable and always communicated quickly. The service was excellent. They showed up on time and they did a great job on the carpet. They did everything they said they were going to do in the timeframe they promised.

The salesperson I worked with, Harry, was very responsive, professional, and helpful in understanding what I was looking for, quickly bringing a range of good samples to my home for selection, and working to get me a better price on some of the options I was considering. The scheduling team could have been more proactive in making sure the installation was scheduled in time, but in the end, and with Harry's help, the installation got scheduled within the time I needed, and it was completed on schedule as promised. The carpet looks great, and the installers did a nice job of getting the old carpet out and new one in with minimal mess and impact on the woodwork--there was no need to repaint anything afterwards. It took them a bit longer than they expected to complete the job, but they stuck with it after hours and finished it in one day as promised, which was great. It was a relatively painless process with a good result, and I'd be glad to call on them again.

We anticipate no problems at all our first experience last year was superb. As the installer started to work on our den he, ( not me ) noticed a problem with the quality of wood delivered. He stopped the install, took up all the flooring that he started and called the office. I herd back from management immediately and they arranged for a fresh shipment the next day. Very professional and determined to provide complete customer satisfaction.

The salesman, Harry Fasching, came to our house with samples to choose from. He was helpful with information on carpet options. The installers worked hard and did a great job. Harry and the installers were reliable, professional and friendly. We would use Moyneaux again.

We chose to have them come out and do the shop at home for new flooring in our basement. Mike was very helpful and helped us choose the right options for our situation. Molyneaux re-leveled our floor and then installed new vinyl laminate flooring. The final result looks great. The work was done in one day. Maura, our design consultant, was super helpfu in porduct selectionl and patient with in dealing with a lot of back and forth with us and our insurance adjuster. Communication with the installers could be improved to let us know when they were delivering the materials but overall a good experience.

The installation happened just yesterday and the gentlemen were friendly and professional. They did a great, quick job installing the carpet and it looks great! We could not be happier.
