Shannon and Molyneaux did a fantastic job with helping my family pick our carpet and throughout the whole installation process. Shannon brought tons of samples and let us pick what we wanted and didn't try to sell us on anything we did not need or want. She took measurements at the appointment and gave us a quote. She even worked with us on the price. The carpet has great padding and the carpet itself is of high quality. The installers came in the morning, removed the old carpet and padding, installed our carpet/padding, and were complete by 4 pm. They did not leave any mess behind. You can tell with Molyneaux that you get top-quality products and services. I looked other places, even know Molyneaux was more expensive, it was worth it to get better quality carpet and quick install by a professional contractor than someplace like Home Depot, where they don't know what they are doing and don't glue and stretch the materials properly. Highly recommend Molyneaux! When you read a review, it is also good to point out some negatives points too. I had two things that I would like to mention. I wish there was more of a follow-up post-installation to see how things went and they charged my credit card with the second half of the bill before the job was done. But other than that, Molyneaux and Shannon did a good job.

We had heard about Molyneaux expanding beyond only flooring and decided to have them quote us a price for a kitchen refresh. The entire experience was amazing! Their designer consultant, Shannon Davin, reached out to us to get a better idea of what we were looking for and then came to our home to review the various options available for the project. I was quite surprised with the sheer number of choices available as well as the number of samples that she brought with her for us to review. She went through how the refresh process works (as they partner with Vangura for the countertops) and provided some helpful suggestions. That experience went extremely well and Shannon was amazing! We ended up agreeing to move forward with Molyneaux and are really glad that we did. Molyneaux handles all of the scheduling and coordination not just for their crews, but also of Vangura's as well. Each of the individuals that Molyneaux (and Vangura) sent out were very kind, respectful, and informative. We were particularly impressed with both Frank and Johnny's work and work ethic!! The whole experience went very smoothly and we absolutely love the new look of our kitchen!!

We had Shannon Davin for our Design Consultant and she was awesome from start to finish. Explained all the different styles of carpet and warranties. Installation went well for two bedrooms, hallway, stairs and living room - Highly recommend them to anyone who is considering.

My family and I are more than satisfied with the carpet we selected and the installation from the beginning to the end Steve Porter provided us with such a positive attitude, very knowledgeable, communication was awesome and he was very professional. While Steve’s approach determine what we needed and desired I could feel his commitment to me, his assignment and the policy of Molyneaux. We recently hired Molyneaux to install new carpet in our basement entertainment room and stairs. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. Amy Walsh was pleasant to work with and extremely helpful when we were deciding on carpet options. Installation only took a half-day and the installers were very courteous. They even gave us the extra leftover carpet. The new carpet looks great and our daughters love playing in our refinished entertainment room. We highly recommend Amy and Molyneaux!

We had a wonderful experience at Molyneaux with our consultant Megan Baird. She was very professional and a huge help. Molyneaux was quick, easy, and efficient. We have used this place in the past and have loved the outcome. If we need any new carpeting, flooring, or tiling in the future, Molyneaux will be the first place we call.

It was a great experience to work with Molyneaux. Susan Polaski was our sales rep and the best we could have worked with. She answered all our questions in detail and walked us through all the choices and price points. I would work with her again for any flooring needs. The install process was simple and easy. The team who called to schedule and install had multiple days to choose from and walked us through the install day. The team who came to install the carpet was very efficient and we barely noticed them working. Within a few hours our carpets were installed and old carpet removed.

My experience with Molyneaus was exceptional! Once I reached out for a quote, the company was very fast to respond. Our Design Consultant was Malik Vincent, and he was excellent. He was very professional and attentive to our needs. I appreciated that he didn't try to "sell" us on the product, but rather listened to what we said we needed, and made a professional, non-pressure, suggestion. Once our installation started, the installer was fantastic! I am so very upset that I can’t remember his name (Maybe it was Robert), but he did an exceptional job. He was here around 8 or so in the morning on the day of the install, and worked! Overall, everything was fantastic from start to finish. This is our first time purchasing flooring, and I honestly can't speak to whether or not the cost was "too much". What I do know is that while looking for a company to do business with, Molyneaux had consistent reviews from satisfied customers, while other companies did not. Not only was that good enough for me, but I am proud to add myself to that list. As it stands now, if there are any future flooring projects we plan to do, Malik is going to be the first person I speak with.

Our first time experience with Molyneaux exceeded our expectations. Our design consultant Susan Polanski was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions about carpeting. She brought several samples and we chose a good quality carpet for our living room and dining room and bedroom. Susan was able to save us alot of money through several discounts and promotions. This was our first time purchasing carpet and flooring. Our sales rep, Steve Porter, anticipated all of our needs. He helped to make this a very positive experience. His knowledge of the products was impressive. He helped us find the perfect colors and materials. He followed through even after his part was done. Steve had answers to all of our questions. We had LVT installed on the first floor and carpet in the bedrooms and on the steps. First the LVT was installed and we could not believe how neat and precise the installers were. We couldn't be happier with the results. The carpet install went flawlessly. We are thrilled with our experience with Molyneaux. We will be recommending them for all of our friends and family.
