Sean and Mike were fantastic. The doors look perfect and they left everything cleaner than before they started. They left us the extra paint for touch ups and gave some advice on our other projects. Great with our French bulldogs and enjoyable experience overall. Would not hesitate to use them again!

Update to original review 3 months ago- doors are not holding up- not closing & opening properly, squeaking and the paint is coming off, overpriced for work performed because of this. Attempted to contact owner weeks ago to complain & was told he would get back to me because he was at an out of town job but haven't heard.

Sean did an amazing job with our shower! He was prompt and very easy to work with. He helped us select what type of shower door was best for our tiled shower. We have been dealing with a lot of home improvements this year and Sean was the best vendor we worked with!

Very thorough company and did the job very well. Wouldn't hesitate to hire again. All 3 people we interacted with seemed very knowledgeable about the task at hand and explained exactly what was going on the entire time. Our house is old and has been neglected prior to our ownership and they didn't seem fazed about having to work around that.

Sean was great- He replaced all interior doors and two exterior doors, he did a great job.

Sean is great. He does his own work, is prompt, punctual, knowledgable and reasonably priced. Rollers broke on my sliding shower door, and Sean repaired it. He directed me to the parts I needed and then fixed the problem. This is especially helpful, since Lowes and Home Depot were no help. Even though I bought the doors there, they would not repair them. If I bought new ones from them, they would not install them. (They would only install if I bought several new products for a complete renovation.) They would not recommend anyone either, but just gave me the internet printout. Sean is a blessing.

Sean, who heads this company and does the work, did an excellent job in repairing my 50 yo Andersen double hung windows. He went out of his way to make sure the job was timely, complete and of highest quality. This is in contrast to other contractors who were only interested in replacing the windows with expensive new ones. I highly recommend this company with no reservations.

Sean at Mint Contracting was phenomenal. I needed to have my sliding glass patio door uninstalled in order to move in a large piece of furniture and then re-installed once the furniture was in the house. Sean not only handled the door with expertise (he was able to do the whole thing in under an hour), but went above and beyond and helped me move the large furniture piece. He even cleaned the wheel well for the door to ensure it would slide smoother than it did before. Truly excellent service and very easy to work with.

Mint construction was very thorough. They pointed outside brick, waterproof, waterproof the inside walls. Re-cement of the walls then added dry lock and finish paint over that. In addition they did the floors so that it would look like a complete project. They were extremely focused, and most importantly, for me as they cleaned up after themselves, I am very impressed! Mr. Sean Smith was engaging and knowledgeable about the products. He was using recommended other products that were better and more long lasting so to me he was extremely knowledgeable. His Sherwin-Williams painting representative even came out to see how nice the project turned out , just as a courtesy to him. I will definitely be using him for other projects!
