I waited weeks for a call back. Had to contact them twice via email and twice via phone. No return call. Finally when I asked for a refund, the provider called me and left a message. When I called back, his voicemail was full and would not take a message. I obtained a full refund from Angie's list. I would not use this provider in the future.

Nene and crew were professional and personable. They paid great attention to detail and did such a fantastic job that our 100-year-old home still looks like new 10 years later. We were and still are very pleased with their work and would definitely hire again.

My call was never returned, I will not be going with this company.

Before the cleaning, I hadn't even known I had multicolored brick -- the cleaning made a noticeable difference. My brick is highly textured and mortar sticks to every crevice and indentation, so if you look closely you can see evidence of re-pointing, but the effect from a few yards away is excellent. They did a particularly good job hiding the evidence of the building's shifting and settling by resetting the bricks adjacent to the gaps where the old mortar cracked. The job was done as neatly as pointing can be done and the crew's a pleasant bunch of people. They're boisterous, though, so don't expect formal and reserved. The informality can be a benefit and not just because Mike may bring you lunch. He happily drove me all around Squirrel Hill pointing out houses he'd re-pointed, so I knew what I'd be getting.

They were a good crew. They did the work over 3-4 days. Mike also cleaned gutters and repaired some flashing while he was on the roof of the first floor additions, which was very nice of him. They were nice people to work with.

Our house looked brand new when Mike was done! All the neighbors commented on what a difference the cleaning and repointing made. Mike is an extremely nice person and easy to work with. He even brought us lunch everyday from his favorite Italian deli. The only caveat I would add to my report is that the job was very messy; we were cleaning up dust from our yard (and the immediate neighbors) for a long time. I don't know if this is inevitable or if some repointers have a kind of vacuum to collect the dust from cutting out the joints and cleaning the brick. Mike was recommended to us by a friend and we are very happy with the job he did.
