equipment rentals
 + -1 moreWonderful company with excellent customer service. I called to ask about getting a skid loader, they delivered it to my house that very day. The man who delivered it was very helpful and explained everything very patiently. Then they picked the skid loader up the next day. I have no complaints and only wonderful things to say about this company.
Description of Work: Delivered skid loader to address, rental was for 24 hours, picked skid loader up the next day.

 + 0 moreAll of my equipment had been poorly maintained (by me). My husband was ill, and I was a novice. So the fact that MIHM would pick up and deliver the equipment, (for a reasonable fee), and actually repair it was fantastic. The process was seamless-- on time, as expected, and all equipment was fully functional.
Description of Work: Although their primary business is renting equipment, I figured that they must also repair equipment. They also were able to pick up and deliver my push power mower, my self-propelled power mower, and my Craftsman yard vacuum. None of the three would start and all needed an oil change. There were additional items such as blade sharpening, replace spark plugs, clear and overhaul a carb.

 + -1 moreIT'S A RENTAL PLACE, SO THERE'S NOT MUCH TO SAY. THE EQUIPMENT I USED WAS MORE THAN SATISFACTORY. IT WAS CLEARLY WELL-MAINTAINED AND STURDY. MY ONLY DISSATISFACTION IS THAT A QUESTION I HAD REGARDING A POSSIBLE DEFECT IN THE NAILER WAS UNANSWERED, AND IN FACT, THEY DIDN'T EVEN REALLY TRY TO ANSWER IT. IN THE END, IT WAS A MINOR INCONVENIENCE, AND I'D RENT THERE AGAIN.
Description of Work: I RENTED A HEAVY-DUTY FLOOR NAILER AND AIR COMPRESSOR FOR TWO WEEKENDS.
