We were more than pleased with the installation of our new bathroom. Mike Ricciuti and his crew were extremely professional. They were kind and considerate and always punctual. They always cleaned up after themselves. Truly, we can't think of one negative in working with this company. We would use them again without hesitation.

Last month, my wife and I suddenly discovered that the wall-to-wall carpeting in our downstairs finished game room was damp. I immediately checked Angie's List and contacted a local waterproofing firm about the problem. A gentleman came out and looked at our game room, then suggested that I check with our builder to see if he had any idea as to the source of the water. I called Mike Ricciuti, hoping for maybe a five-minute conversation on the phone. After all, it had been seventeen years since he'd built our place. Instead of just a brief conversation, however, Michael immediately became very involved, coming out to the house the next morning. He had his plumber come out, too, and they were able to discover that the water was coming from a drain problem. When I told Michael that our insurance company had indicated that this might not be covered, he told me to call and arrange for a claims adjuster to come out. When the adjuster arrived, Michael was there, too, and after he explained the situation to the adjuster, the man said we would be covered after all. That was just the beginning of what Michael did for us. That first day, he called Service Master and arranged for them to be at our house within two hours, pulling up the carpeting and setting up huge fans and a giant dehumidifier. Over the next couple of weeks, Michael personally arranged for all the work listed above to be done, and he kept in very close touch with my wife and me, coming out to our house several times to follow up on everything that was being done. Oh, and he also handled all the paperwork for us. I cannot say enough about Michael. He basically took this on as a project, his only goal being to make our home whole again. One other comment: several of the people who worked on this for Michael were the same people who'd helped build our house seventeen years ago. I think that says a lot about the way Michael treats his employees and the loyalty he obviously inspires in them. I would urge anyone thinking about building or remodeling a home to seriously consider contacting Mike Ricciuti. He is definitely someone who will be there for you over the long haul, in addition to being just a good all-around guy.

Prompt response for the design and installation of all the baths

Mr. Ricciuti and his crew were the best construction contractors I've ever worked with. This was a very difficult job that two other contractors looked at but declined to bid on. Mr. Ricciuti was experienced with remodeling 1950's-era houses like mine and consistently made good judgments about what to do and how. During the work, he arrived at the house before the crew every morning - not only on time but often early so my husband and I could get to work on time. He talked with us about the work progress regularly and stuck to the schedule he gave us. His attention to details was incredible, and he kept in direct communication with the designer from Manor House when changes and adjustments to the layout were needed. He was meticulous about keeping the house as clean as possible while the demolition was going on. He and the crew cleaned the area daily before they left. The construction was finished almost a week earlier than projected because he had built into the schedule time to deal with potential problems. No detail was too small - he was a perfectionist, fixing every flaw and attending personally to every problem. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with.
