Just had our initial meeting with Ryan today to evaluate a leak problem with our roof into our bedroom. He was friendly, timely, and extremely thorough in evaluating our roof both outside and through the crawl space in our attic. Our problem was quickly diagnosed and a well described plan was more than fairly quoted for the work that needs done. We are able to repair and rejuvenate our roof without needing a full replacement as was unfairly and far too quickly quoted by a different big name company (that never even found our leak or went on our crawl space after two separate appointments with them). Ryan helped us understand our problem, discussed no pressure financing and a plan to move forward. We are excited for the work that is planned and would be more than willing to work with this company in the future. From the friendly woman who scheduled us for a free quote (able to come out only 3 days later) to Ryan, we are very happy with the service so far!

Description of Work: This was an Angie's Deal, so we did not pay the usual rate for services.... but the crew at Meredith treated us as if we were full-price users. Michael came out and looked at the gutters and the situation with them. He then made recommendations for repair and realignment. He also featured for us the installation of the leaf guard gutters which we would be happy to have them install when we have the funds. The only slight negative of the service was that they did not get to us the week they had originally planned. While normally that wouldn't matter much in gutterwork, the next week turned out to be the bad rain storm from Sandy! The crew came out as soon as it was dry enough and ended up doing a great job. While the guys were on the ladders, they were so kind as to change the lightbulbs on the security lights that are too high for my husband to reach. Not in the job description, but much appreciated! I would definitely recommend them and we will use them in the future.
