Description of Work: We installed approximately 240 linear feet of oversized gutters and soffit on our home.

Description of Work: Siding and roofing. Sent incompetent workers for roof. Did not speak English and no one came to supervise job. However, siding workers excellent and fixed roof problems. Overall good job but should be supervised.

Description of Work: I called the company directly and sent a message via Angies List and have received no response from them via either way. It is known that this is a busy time of year for these types of services but that is no excuse for not even returning a potential customer's calls.

Description of Work: Meredith Home Improvements replaced 1/2 of a roof on our rental property house that we own. It is considered a flat roof with a 5% slope. It was replaced with Thinsulate. It was done about a week ago. We will have to wait to see if there is any leaking or so on. We had to wait a little longer because of the colder weather and they needed a couple of days over 40 degrees. I think they were very professional and the clean up of the property was very good. In the future I will contact them again with roofing work.

Description of Work: Seamless Gutters, downspouts, leaf relief gutter protection system,aluminum facia, vinyl soffit, painting front facia board of porch. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Keep up the good work.

Description of Work: Office did not give the person who did the estimate our entire address so he was trying to figure out where we lived. A week after the estimate there is still no quote - and he did confirm the email address while at the house.

Description of Work: I was impressed with their professionalism. Their website was well maintained and showed all the contract details. I was given a very competitive price and received a discount due to Angie's List. In the end I went with another contractor because of a personal recommendation that gave a surprising bid.

Description of Work: Small section of gutter replacement. Meredith Home Improvement was by far the most personable and attentive contractor I've dealt with. Even came back out numerous times to fine tune gutter adjustments. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I called and filled out a form, but was never contacted by the company.

Description of Work: Services were not actually provided because the company was booked with other work and I need immediate repair. I rate the company highly because this was the only company that called me back and just did not ignore the request for infomation. The guy I spoke to was patient and described some of my options. He told me that he would be happy to do the job if I could wait but did not suggest that I put off the repair. If I need a roofer in the future, I'll give him a call.

Description of Work: We have two neighbors who were very pleased. We contacted Meredith and they were fine enough on the phone when we were able to reach them, but as far as we know they never did come to provide an estimate, or if they did we never heard back. We left a message or two and then gave up. Because our neighbors were so pleased, I'm disappointed that we were not able to receive a bid because there's a good chance we'd have booked the repair. Bummer for us and for them.

Description of Work: Put in 20 feet of gutters. Liked to job they did. Great price, but it took them 2 months to do a 3 hour job. Didn't show up when they were supposed to. Didn't return phone calls on a timely basis.
