THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHO ANGIE'S LIST WAS.
Description of Work: I called to get a price for clearing a clogged plumbing main. The man on the phone was discourteous. The owner called me back & quoted me a very high price.

I CALLED AROUND 4:00 PM AND THEY OFFERED TO COME OUT THAT NIGHT TO SEE IF THEY COULD FIX THE TOILET LEAK - AT LEAST TEMPORARILY UNTIL THEY COULD PICK UP ANOTHER ONE FROM THEIR SUPPLY COMPANY. WE AGREED THEY WOULD COME THE NEXT MORNING. PAUL WAS ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, AND FINISHED THE JOB WITHIN THE ESTIMATED TIME FRAME. WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN & HAVE REFERRED THEM TO FRIENDS ALREADY.
