 + -1 moreThe work is beautiful. Immaculate attention to detail, good at communicating with us when decisions had to be made. The house was built in 1890 and rented out for 60 years, so there aren't straight lines or square corners. Some of the original installed woodwork is wrecked, but Mike figured out how to handle it so that it looks good.
Description of Work: Installed casing, crown molding, baseboards, corner beads, new doors and hardware, transom windows, moved an electric outlet (it was in the way of some casing, reconstructed the stairwell's hand railing, balusters, and replaced a missing newel post. In short - all finish woodwork for an entire floor of our house.
