+ 1 moreMark and his team were extraordinary. We contracted them to paint most of the interior of the house which they did quickly and very professionally. As we prepared the house for sale, we noticed several issues that had to be addressed. In most cases Mark was able to repair or provide those services efficiently and cost-effectively. He also painted the exterior trim of the house with great recommendations that significantly improved the curb appeal. They worked very quickly and finished in time for us to stay on schedule to refinish the floors. He is the best contractor we have ever used.
Description of Work: Painting, Wallpaper removal, Tile floor installation, minor plumbing, minor interior electrical work

Description of Work: He did 2 plaster jobs and a siding replacement on the roof. When he encountered an unanticipated problem with the roof, instead of beginning the job and leaving it half open in the winter weather, he did not start it and promised to find someone in the field to do the work. He did a they waited until more favorable weather to complete the job. Of course, there was more expense, but it was nominal, and the job was finished in a satisfactory way.
