Fantastic. Mark is meticulous and professional. The water damage was properly repaired and Mark spent at least a day doing needed prep work on walls and trim. He left the house neat with no spills. We would definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: Serious preparation and painting of 2 rooms and hallway. One wall adjoining an exterior chimney was seriously water damage. 2 coats of paint.

You will not find better painters than Mark and his crew! They were referred to us by my in-laws, who have had two similar fantastic experiences with them. Mark is a true expert, beginning with incredibly detailed and fair estimates room by room, accommodating schedules, supervising his crew and painting, and unbelievable quality work. Mark fit us in to his busy schedule knowing we had a baby coming, and that we had a lengthy, complex job request, further complicated by an entire ceramic tile floor replacement, carpet removal and hardwood floor installation taking place at the same time with separate contractors. We always knew in advance when they were coming and how long each phase would take, and what we needed to do to prepare. Mark worked in sync with the floor installers to coordinate all the work in a cooperative manner, including the installation of quarter-round / shoe moulding caulked and painted with baseboards after floors were completed room by room. Mark, Dave, Bill and Mike were all professional and craftsmen in their trade. Mark was paid in installments at the completion of each phase, typically one time per week. They painted our entire house beginning with the top floor and ending with the basement and laundry room, with Low VOC Sherwin Williams paints, by our color choices, indulging our indecision on some colors with multiple cans of paint samples. They removed and replaced all hardware, removed and painted interior closet and pantry shelves, willingly completed extras we asked for with small nominal additions to quoted price, always left things in a clean and organized state, and finished on time. They removed our shutters, marked them by location, painted them in their shop and re-installed them. They caulked and painted all wood trim and baseboards and new quarter-round / shoe moulding. This was a 4 week job, complicated by the floor installation, and very fairly priced compared to other quotes. The quality of the job, from patching and ordinary painting on walls and ceiling, through to the beautiful while doors and trim that literally transformed our house and updated it by 20+ years, is outstanding. We couldn't be happier with the work, well worth every dollar!
Description of Work: Painted entire interior of 2-story 2700 sq ft house and basement, all walls, all ceilings including cathedral ceiling, inside closets including shelves. Converted 1980s wood trim to white paint, including all doors, door and window frames, shutters, baseboards, stair risers and railing spindles, crown moulding and chair rails.
