+ 0 moreHe had done all we needed to renovate the house. Work was done with professionalism, punctuality and high quality. Mario is very responsible and reliable. I will always use him for future needs and would recommend him to everyone. Perfect job.
Description of Work: It was a big project, first year we renovated all open area: Kitchen, living room, extra green room, dining area and halls. Renovation included walls, rising ceiling in all open are, floor molding, new kitchen with electrical and plumbing work for it. The year after we renovated two bathrooms and vanity area, it included all new tiles on walls and floor, new bathtub, new standing shower place.

Description of Work: Mario is a superior craftsman, very knowledgeable, and fair pricing . He has completed several remodels for me . All turned out really nice as I highly recommend him if you are looking for some one that will treat you right and you will be very happy with the project . His specialty is dry wall finishing or sheet rock as others call it, his work is the best I have ever seen !

+ -1 moreMario Rivera's work has been excellent. He did a beautiful job on my bathroom ceiling, and he did the job quickly. That was important because it was in a rental unit and I didn't want to inconvenience my tenants with a lingering project. This was the third job Mario has done for me in the last five months. One job was smaller (trimming a pair of pocket doors without removing them to accommodate a new floor installation) and one was bigger (pouring a cement shower pan). I have been impressed with Mario's range of skills but even more impressed with his ability to think creatively and to figure out solutions to tricky problems. I will personally hire him for other jobs in the future, both in my own house and in my rental property, and I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Mario Rivera tore out the collapsing plaster ceiling in a bathroom and replaced it with drywall. He cut out the entire ceiling while preserving the walls. He cut and installed new drywall to replace the old plaster. He taped and spackled the seams with joint compound, and he came back the next day and sanded everything, leaving it ready for painting. He cleaned everything up. His price included the materials (drywall, tape, mud, screws).
