MANG PLUMBING CO

"We have used Mang Plumbing for many years and he had always been efficient and priced fairly. Recently, he has refused to finish work, not returned texts and not keep appointments as promised. He puts you off by saying he will "try to make it" for the repair then never calls or texts that he could not make the appointment. We assume that work is getting done (in an apartment) and do not know he has not shown up until the problem gets worse and we get a call from a tenant. On a recent remodel job, he started repairs and left with a leak in a upstairs bath, we had major damage to the ceiling below, he would not return texts and we had to get emergency service and pay dearly for the repair and had major costs to repair the ceiling damage caused by him. We tried to use him again, last month after we discussed our concerns with him and hoped he would improve, but he still has proven to be unreliable."

He seems to be very honest and he's also reliable.

He has done more than one job for me. I am a single, elderly lady and I don t have a lot of contacts. When I find someone that does a good job for me, I feel blessed. I m not looking for anyone else.
