ALL ITEMS WERE PACKED INTO 2 LARGE BOXES THAT THE POST OFFICE WOULD NOT ACCEPT. PROPRIETOR HAD DIRECTED EMPLOYEE TO PACK DIFFERENTLY THAN WHAT I HAD ASKED, WHICH WAS 4-5 BOXES. I ASKED PROPRIETOR TO PLEASE REPACK SHE SAID SHE WOULD ONLY DO THAT IF I PAID HER FOR THE CURRENT PACKING OF SOME $80 AND WOULD HAVE TO PAY HER FOR THE ADDITIONAL PACKING AS WELL. COMPLAINT WAS FILED THROUGH UPS AND THERE WAS NEVER A RESOLUTION. (I HAD ASKED FOR A REFUND.) I CALLED PROPRIETOR BACK TO INFORM HER I FILED A REPORT AND SHE SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN ON ME.
Description of Work: I WENT TO HAVE SEVERAL ITEMS PACKED GIVING SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW I WANTED IT AND THAT IT WOULD NOT BE SHIPPED UPS BUT THROUGH THE POSTAL SERVICE. I WAS TOLD THEY WERE TOO BUSY, BUT TO LEAVE THE ITEMS THERE AND CALL BACK IN A COUPLE OF HOURS. I WENT TO GO PICK UP THE BOXES TO FIND THAT THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE COMPLETELY NOT FOLLOWED.
