+ 1 moreThere was defective workmanship done on the formica countertop ? the screws used to put the count-top together were too long and caused eruptions of the ends of the screws to show through to the formica. This service provider bullied me into paying for the final $2500 of the job, which is supposed to be handed over only after the finalizing and approval of the work which was carried out. He came in and called the workman off in the middle of the installation of a light in the kitchen - after I had handed over the final payment. The half installed light fixture was the last of what was carried out. The laminate flooring is buckling in large areas in the dining room, and the trim has lifted off of the floor. I had to hire someone to finish the light installation, and the electrician also replaced a defective outlet. I do not want to see the service provider, nor do I want any further work done, I would like the remuneration for the payoff of the rest of the job, being the $2500.00 Price: See Complaint Quality: Some was defective and some was incomplete.
Description of Work: The service provider was to update my entire apartment. There was an electrical update in every room. Every room was painted. The kitchen was remodeled (Cabinets, Flooring, Countertops – free standing cabinets)
